These supplements I’m taking aka Happy Juice. Are awesome!!! I started because I knew I could feel better and there was a 90 money back guarantee. When I joined, I started with the 3-step version of happy juice (MentaBiotics, Edge, and Energy). You guys it is so yummy!!! I was nervous to try the new version because I’m not a fan of mango. So, before I did my next order I got a sample pack. Best $25 I spent because I could try all the flavors and guess what….I fell in love with the mango!!! Things I have noticed: 🍉 More energy 🥭Happier 🍇My belly is slimming down so I must be losing inflammation 🥭I am starting to 💩 more often 🍉My sleep has improved 🍇My cycles are better Who wants to start feeling healthy from the inside out again? Until recently, I never woke up to the realization that I did struggle with reaching out for help when I needed one. Unlearning also includes, letting go of that part of yourself that you kept relying on over & over again to finally reaching out to people to help you get through a phase that your innerself is exhausted of. I understand how one must have been conditioned to believe that they should know everything & never depend upon anyone, I mean what a scam this has been, but this is a story in itself for another day, but for now, love yourself a little more by allowing yourself to ask for help, when you need an extra hand, nothing about this is to be ashamed of,if anything you're really strong to know the weak side of yours & the weak side of yours is also strong because that is also a part of who you are as a whole. It’s hard when your brain feels like it’s got a mind of its own… I know, sounds funny doesn’t it? But we do actually control the way we think! Even when we feel like our thoughts of panic and anxiety control our day to day moods and emotions, we are in control. We have to remind ourselves that our social anxiety is not our reality but just worries and fears that keep us from living our best lives. So what can you do to combat periods of overthinking and stress? 👉Remind yourself you’re in control! Say to yourself “this is just my social anxiety, not reality. I am in control.” The more you remind yourself of this when your mind wanders, your brain will eventually naturally gravitate to these thoughts in periods of stress like they’re second nature! 👉Rationalize your thoughts. Remind yourself what is real and what is just a feeling or worry. Focus on logical thinking and think about how you’d respond to a friend who tells you about the situation you’re worried about. This reframes your thinking and makes you see a side you may not have otherwise thought of! Our minds don’t calm down on their own. It takes practice and patience. Nothing changes overnight. Keep working on changing your patterns of thinking and you’ll notice a difference in how you perceive situations of stress. You trained your brain to worry about social interactions and people. You trained your brain to overthink. You can retrain it too! It’s not out of your control… YOU are in control! @thesociallyawkwardnormie @thesociallyawkwardnormie @thesociallyawkwardnormie

A recent publication from PubMed (Luo et al., 2024)  shows that multiple random and non-random studies published between Jan 2003 and August 2023 were reviewed to evaluate whether exercise played a key role in reducing inflammation in adults with autoimmune diseases. 💪🏻 A total of 14,565 records were identified, to which 87 were eligible for the systematic review. These studies were conducted in 25 different countries and included a total of 2779 participants (patients with autoimmune disease, in exercise or control groups). 💪🏻 Overall, the evidence suggests that inflammation-related markers such as C-reactive protein, interleukin 6, and tumor necrosis factor α were reduced by regular exercise interventions. Regular exercise interventions combined with multiple exercise modes were associated with greater benefits. 💪🏻 In conclusion, adults with autoimmune disease would benefit greatly from the anti-inflammatory effects of regular exercise training, and doing a variety of exercise programs. 💪🏻 I personally enjoy using the MELT Method tools as well to help rehydrate the fascia and connective tissue prior to a workout so that the muscles are more flexible and limber. 💪🏻 Some of my favourite exercises include: ⬇️⬇️⬇️ ✅️ Walking ✅️ Rebounding ✅️ Pilates ✅️ Yoga ✅️ Resistance band training ✅️ Minimal weight training (0.5 – 2 kg dumbbells) ✅️ Light cardio ✅️ Cycling Source: https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/38341137/ #rebounding #lymphaticsystem #bouncefitbody #cycling #reboundingfitness #rebounder #mentalhealthmatters #trampoline #autoimmunecommunity #hearthealth #personaltrainer #guthealth #youareenough #fitfam #gymjunkie #antiinflammatory #bouncearmy #anxiousmind #healthconscious #inflammation #holistichealing #cytokines #pilates #scleroderma #sclerodermawarrior #healthylifestyle #autoimmunewarrior #spooniesupport #fibromyalgia #detoxyourbodynaturally

💓HEART TRIGGER: READ CAPTION ⬇️ 🩷 Love has been made so complex, with several expressions defining what true love is and statements that follow “if you loved me you would have…” 🩷 What really governs love? Isn’t it God? Therefore love is not defined by what the world says or what your friends think love is. 📖 “Jesus replied, “‘You must love the Lord your God with all your heart, all your soul, and all your mind.’ This is the first and greatest commandment. A second is equally important: ‘Love your neighbor as yourself.’ The entire law and all the demands of the prophets are based on these two commandments.”” ‭‭Matthew‬ ‭22‬:‭37‬-‭40‬ ‭ 📖 “Love is patient and kind. Love is not jealous or boastful or proud or rude. It does not demand its own way. It is not irritable, and it keeps no record of being wronged. It does not rejoice about injustice but rejoices whenever the truth wins out. Love never gives up, never loses faith, is always hopeful, and endures through every circumstance.” ‭‭1 Corinthians‬ ‭13‬:‭4‬-‭7‬ ‭ …Love is sacrificial, love considers. 💓The way we can truly love others as God loves us, is to first understand how He loves us and how His Grace is given to us. In the same way, we can apply this to others. This comes through true contemplation of our shortcomings, and how He loves us no matter what; helping us to consider love for others in periods of offence or disappointment and how we do the same to God but His grace abounds 🥺 💕💭THOUGHTS TO PONDER ON: How can you show love in difficult situations with people? What does loving your neighbour as yourself mean? Can you love others better when you understand how God loves you? ✨So proud of this client. She has really come such a long way since I first met her just over a year ago. ✨19 sessions over the course of just over a year, starting off weekly, reducing to fortnightly, 3 weekly, monthly, 6 weekly then 8 weekly and she is now happy with where she is ☺️. ✨ Notice that she says “after lots of hard work”. She really did work hard to make changes and challenge herself through discomfort. This is all part of growth. Many people think that hypnotherapy is something that is “done” to them, that the therapist will magic their problems away in some way but it’s very much a collaborative process which involves you playing your part and actively wanting to change. ✨ Solution Focused Hypnotherapy (SFH) combines talking psychotherapy and hypnosis. It’s a very modern and forward-thinking approach that’s based on neuroscience. ✨ We work on moving forward and helping you to become the best version of yourself by supporting you to make positive changes, without needing to focus on the past or the problem. ✨ I’ve taken on lots of lovely new clients recently which means that my waiting list has reduced and is now sitting at roughly between a 2- 8 week wait (longer for 3.30 onwards slots). Full poem in the caption! This one’s from 2020… learned to write this because of my overwhelming anxiety ❤️ I stand amidst the stars On this cold, moonlit night The moon shines bright The light, Bouncing off of the stone floor The cold wind bites It rips against my fingers Tearing my clothes apart, The rips in my clothes Let the cold Touch my bare skin. In the dead of the night, I hear the wolves whisper They talk amongst themselves I hear them call to their friends “Is she dead?”, I hear them say. My stomach fills up with dread As I fall to the floor My heart aches, Hearing the shrill delight that goes by In the whispers of the creatures hidden nearby The cold floor turns my cheek to stone I wanna run But my feet are numb I hear the monsters drawing near My heart pounds with fear Goosebumps make their way up my ear As I choke back the tears I hear a moan as I lay there In the cold, All alone From the corner of my eye I see a hand Flesh and bone As I understand I reach mine out But to my delight There’s no one there But a bloody, ugly limb Torn from the man who once wore it The cold creeps up my spine Making me shiver and intertwine With the rags that were once my clothes The air grows even colder Or is it the sweat on my shoulder? My vision fades As my lungs gasp for air Suddenly I hear a creak The door! It seems Has a crack in it’s seams I hear for sounds The woods seem quiet now I find the strength to move I lift the stones, once my feet Dragging myself as far as I can I burst through the door onto sand The sand feels warm Against my cold shriveled jaw I turn around to face six eyes Staring at me through the dark Their red eyes glare at me Piercing my soul, Like a sword through the door Panic swells up inside me I wish to yell but my words seem to be In a distant land, Out of reach from my hand Their snarls pierce my ears The smell of their saliva Brings me tears Their yellow fangs bared, My last thought, “I am dead” As the wolves attack me and rip me to shreds #anxiousmind #fear #poetry #poetsofinstagram #depressive #lovehealscancer

And that’s a wrap! ✨ I can’t believe another circle of women have completed the incredible training @nicolemjardim offers the world! I remember so vividly the day the details of this programme landed in my inbox - it was a full body ”YES”!!! I just knew that I had to do this training with Nicole, my absolute women’s hormone guru….& once I did, it changed EVERYTHING! I thought I knew a lot about women’s heath…I did not. The knowledge I obtained completing this programme blew my mind 🤯 I wish everyone working in women’s health invested in this level of training. Now several years later, I am part of Nicole’s team as her Community Manager (still totally fan girling on her 😂) supporting women just like me, who want to change things for women, because we know they deserve better. The women who start this programme are not the same women who finish it 💪🏻 Wishing all the incredible women we’ve had the privilege of working with these last 8 months, every success in their work. Whether you’re battling ROCD, experiencing normal jitters, or just navigating the dating scene, it’s time to let go of the myth of ‘the one’ and focus on what truly matters Here’s why ditching the “one” myth is key to real love: 🎇Fireworks Fade: Sure, those initial intense feelings are exhilarating—the butterflies, the heart palpitations—but they’re fueled by novelty. Over time, the fireworks naturally simmer down as deeper connections form 🤍Love Runs Deeper: Real love thrives on more than just fleeting sparks. It’s about shared values, honest communication, and a commitment to grow together. Imagine it like a warm, comforting fire instead of a fleeting explosion 🫱🏼‍🫲🏽Love Takes Effort (But It’s Worth It!): Love isn’t a passive experience. It requires effort, vulnerability, and a shared dedication to overcome challenges together—it’s a team effort! 👩🏻‍❤️‍💋‍👨🏻Relationships Can Heal: A supportive partner can be a catalyst for healing past wounds and helping you become the best version of yourself ✨Doubts Are Normal!: Real love means navigating uncertainty and the bumps in the road together, not finding someone who erases them entirely 💙Ready to ditch the myth and build a fulfilling relationship?  (Even if ROCD whispers otherwise!) I’m accepting clients in Texas— schedule a FREE intro call via the link in my bio. 🤎Follow @sol.curland for more relationship anxiety/OCD content! #ROCD #RelationshipAnxiety #OcdRecovery #AnxiousMind #ObsessiveCompulsiveDisorder #OcdAdvocate #OcdTherapist #AnxietyHelp #AnxietyHealing

Here's a secret, May is a crazy month, and a large majority of my clients are coming in talking about how busy and overwhelmed they are right now. Just breathe. And breathe again. ✨Grab some paper, and a pen, and start listing all of the things that are causing your freak out. When you think you're finished, take another breath and see if anything else comes to you. If so keep writing. ✨Look at the list and cross off anything that is out of your control. Here is an some example, "I'm worried that it will rain on prom." ✨Come up with a plan of attack for the things on your list that are in your control and figure out how you want to tackle each one. Last night I got asked why I post so much about one drink…I post about happy juice because I love it and has changed my life!! I know it sounds silly but it’s true!! But Amare is much more than just happy juice… We have an amazing kid’s line. I know several kids that this would help. Ones that don’t sleep good, deal with headaches, have been on a lot of antibiotics, deal with anxiousness, have trouble concentrating, and the list goes on and on. We also have a happy hormone pack. Which is the next combo I’ll be trying next!! Even though my cycles have been so much better since drinking happy juice, I want to see if that will also help with my weight since it helps balance hormones. There are several more combos to meet everyone’s individual needs, but you can always buy just one product as well. For me that one product is Relief+. I’ve started it for when the pain in my knee and shoulders act up. So, as you can see there are so many different options to help whatever symptoms or issues you are having. Let’s chat and see what’s right for you! I’m going to keep sharing because I want to help others feel and look their best!!! #happyjuice #amare #anxiousmind #happiness #guthealthmatters #mentalwellness #mentalhealthmatters #sleeptips #bloating #gethappy #mocktails #whyipost

When anxiety is running high, seemingly simple tasks like returning a text, running an errand, or sitting still can feel impossible to face. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ If you struggle with this you know how frustrating it can be, especially when your inner critic chimes in with, “what's wrong with you? It’s so simple, you should be able to just do it.” 🙃⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ 💭How can you overcome this?⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ 1. First, start by identifying your "impossible tasks".⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ When your anxiety is high, what tasks feel impossible or challenging to do? Maybe it’s going to the grocery store or making a call. Whatever it is, get curious about why that task feels impossible and how the anxiety around it shows up in you.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ 2. Next, decide how important each task is and which tasks can be outsourced. Which tasks feel challenging but that you would like to do? Which tasks feel challenging that you would not like to do? Decide where you would like to spend your energy, and where you need support. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ 3. Last, slow down and be kind to yourself. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Being a human is not easy! Validate your experience, get curious about your challenging tasks, and know that it is absolutely okay to take a break and ask for help. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ You don’t have to do it all. ❤️⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Which tasks feel impossible for you when your anxiety is high?

The anxiously attached person tries everything while the avoidant withdraws. Even when they both want each other, they are unable to bridge the gap. Everyone experiences self-doubt at some point, regardless of whether they struggle with anxiety. These negative thoughts can severely impact your self-esteem, making you overly critical of yourself. It's important to recognize that you're not alone in feeling this way. Self-doubt doesn't discriminate. 😢 Even I, as a holistic anxiety coach and someone who has overcome severe anxiety and panic, face moments where I doubt myself and my abilities. These episodes of self-doubt are not just a personal battle—they're a universal struggle that many of us quietly endure. It’s a glimpse into the real-life challenges that even professionals face. ✨️You are not alone in this journey. People with anxiety: do you ever share your anxious thoughts with neurotypicals in hope that they will tell you that whatever it is you’re worried about is ridiculous and 99.9999% unlikely to happen? 🙋🏼‍♀️ There is a time for validation, but sometimes I just need to hear that my brain is being a jerk again 🙃 Regardless, I am forever in need of daily surrender of intrusive thoughts, because entertaining them has never solved a single thing. We are never not thinking thoughts. So many thoughts. Good ones, bad ones, mad ones, sad ones. Much of them complete nonsense. So you might as well be discerning about the ons you listen to. Find that encouraging, kind and nurturing voice inside your head and listen to the thoughts that one sends. You’ll find that will turn down the volume on the others. Struggling with anxious thoughts 💭 You're not alone. Ruminating is our way of trying to protect ourselves. Anxiety says,"if we know what the threat is we will be more prepared" but this isn't always true. The brain 🧠 can identify threats that are internal, external, real and imagined. They often aren't rational, sometimes no amount of talk therapy can convince us out of this threatening - fear based belief. When our nervous system goes into fight or flight, I find non judgemental awareness to be helpful. I literally have to tell myself, "less thinking, more feeling" and zoom into my body and breathe through the emotions. Yes, sometimes that means it gets worse before it gets better. My favorite way to do this? 👉🏼 Abstract art: I prefer to scribble with oil pastels. Getting the energy out onto paper. 👉🏼 Movement: Sometimes the anxiety is too intense for deep breathing, I need to jump, shake, wiggle. Then follow this with a "cool down" with slow breathing exercises. 👉🏼 Emotional freedom technique: more to come on this later, but tapping on energy points while I Talk, Tap, and Tell the Truth! What do you do for nervous system regulation? If you’re anything like me, you like to know the facts. You want to know the cause effect of the world around you. That means, you want to know where your social anxiety came from. What caused you to be so afraid of people and social situations. This was something I brought up in therapy. Was it nature vs nurture? Was it entirely out of my control? Did I make myself this way? I wanted answers. My therapist smiled at me and said “I’m not sure that’s the right question to ask.” Confused, I asked: What do you mean not the right question? She proceeded to say “it’s not what caused you to be anxious, the fact is you are anxious. You have social anxiety. Having the answers to ‘why’ doesn’t change that fact. The real question is, now that you know you have it, what are you going to do about it?” Shocked, I sat there really digesting what I just heard. I guess, knowing where my social anxiety came from doesn’t solve my anxiety for me. Knowing will only provide a false comfort as to whether or not it was something either in or not in my control. Either way doesn’t solve it. Doesn’t help me. Doesn’t heal me. Only thing that can heal me is time, patience and hard work, which is what I came to therapy to do. Whether you’re someone who is searching for the answers or just curious why you have social anxiety/anxiety, this post is for you. The reality is, IT DOESN’T MATTER. What matters is what you do about it. What I found really worked for me was talking out my anxieties and having an unbiased opinion help me work through them. Not every treatment is going to work for everyone. No two people are the same. Find what works best for you and stick to it! Work on healing and keep moving forward. The past won’t help you in the present and certainly can’t give you answers to solve your future. Only you can do that. It’s not why you have social anxiety, it’s how you’re going to overcome and heal from it.🫶 @thesociallyawkwardnormie

Last night, harnessing the power of the dark moon energy, we closed down HerSpace - a women’s circle I have facilitated for a number of years. When I began HerSpace, women’s circles were really hard to find & there was nothing locally that felt aligned, so I knew I had to create it 🪄 Now women’s circles exist in many places, as more women are called to work with the feminine energies & heal Sisterhood 👯wounds. Month after month I have continuously been humbled by the courageous women who have shown up with such vulnerability & created our community; the web of friendship we have woven will continue now, without the physical circle ⭕️ Now it is time for a new season to unfold ✨ I know that the experiences I have had in my life over the last 8 months have initiated me into my next chapter - I have never felt so rooted, aligned & in my purpose as I do right now. As I have been called to uplevel my offerings, this is bringing change to how I work 🌹 Going forward I will be offering “pop-up” ceremonial circles based on the cosmic energy, which explore specialist topics such as blood 🩸 rites & other feminine practices. It is time for the next level of evolution & every cell of my being is ready for it 💥 #loveyourcycle #peri #overwhelm #healy #sharemycycle #adhdawareness #menstrualcycleawareness #womenshealth #womenscircle #pmt #fertilityawareness #menopausehealth #pcos #happyhormones #hormonebalance #periodproblems #adhd #adhdgirls #endocrinehealth #menstrualcycle #adhdwomen #syncyourcycle #stressreduction #anxiousmind #bucks #cyclicalliving #pmdd #neurodiverse #neurodivergent #menstrualeducation

🌟 Understanding Performance Anxiety: Its Impact on Mental Health and Well-Being! 💼💭🌱 Hey everyone, let's shine a light on performance anxiety and its profound effects on mental health. Whether it's facing a presentation, exam, or social situation, performance anxiety can take a toll on our well-being in various ways. Performance anxiety can trigger intense stress, leading to feelings of overwhelm, dread, or panic. This heightened stress response can have a ripple effect on our mental health, contributing to increased levels of anxiety, depression, or other mental health challenges. Self-doubt is another common companion of performance anxiety, whispering negative thoughts and undermining our confidence. We may question our abilities, fear failure, or worry about being judged by others, further intensifying our anxiety and eroding our self-esteem. Physical symptoms like sweating, trembling, rapid heartbeat, or upset stomach are often experienced alongside performance anxiety. These physical manifestations can be distressing and disruptive, adding an extra layer of challenge to an already stressful situation. It's essential to recognise the detrimental effects of performance anxiety on our mental health and well-being. By acknowledging these challenges, we can take proactive steps to manage and mitigate their impact. Techniques such as deep breathing, positive visualization, and cognitive-behavioural strategies can help calm our nerves and build resilience in the face of performance pressure. Let's continue the conversation and support each other in navigating performance anxiety and its effects on mental health. Together, we can cultivate greater understanding, empathy, and resilience in overcoming these challenges. 🌟💬

Drop a👋🏽if you relate to this. You’re not alone. Overthinking is often rooted in stress and anxiety. So what can we do to alleviate some of these anxious/stressful thoughts? Here are some things you can try (not an exhaustive list! There are SO many possibilities for coping!) 1. Distraction can be super helpful. Find things that take up your energy (in a more positive way) or make you shift your focus. 2. Meditation and breathing exercises. Meditation/breathing quite *literally* can change the chemistry of your brain, when done right! 3. Recognize your negative thoughts and challenge them. Is there evidence for your thought(s)? What’s the likelihood it’ll actually come true? How can we reframe the thought? Ex. “I’m such a failure” turns into “By whose standard am I failing? Has anyone actually called me a failure? Is there evidence of a time where I HAVEN’T failed?” And a coping reframe might be “This is really hard for me, but I’m doing the best I can. And that is good enough.” 4. Journaling/writing your thoughts. Helps to get the anxious feelings & thoughts out of your head and onto the paper. 5. Designate a “worry time”. Literally set a timer for 5-10 minutes and allow yourself to worry for that entire time. And once the timer goes off, that’s your limit. Time to move forward. 6. Try to look at the bigger picture. Will this worry matter in a week? A month? A year? 7. Practice gratitude. Another skill that can quite literally change your brain chemistry. 8. Go to therapy! To learn the origin of your overthinking and more specific and individualized methods to help ya cope! I hope this felt helpful. I know it’s not easy. If you notice a part of you that is struggling or hurting, can you treat this part of you with compassion, not contempt? Consider praying for this part of you as if you would pray for a close friend. Jesus directed us to love and pray for our enemies. What about those parts of you that you would say you hate if you were being honest? Spend intentional time resting and getting to know this part of you that is presenting itself for healing. Read scripture over this part of you and tune in to what it feels ❤️‍🩹 📖 Boundaries For Your Soul: Alison Cook and Kimberly Miller #healing #healingjourney #recovery #traumarecovery #traumahealing #trauma #ptsdsurvivor #ptsdrecovery #ptsd #anxious #anxiousmind #anxiousmoms #mindfulness #mindbodyspirit #mindfulliving #encouragement #safety #nervoussystemregulation #nervoussystemhealing #health #emotionalregulation #glimmer #growth #growthmindset
