~Go and Grow~ That seed of self doubt— Packed so small, yet powerful enough to make your world fall. Like a wild vine, it ceaselessly climbs. Once it sprouts it goes and goes, it rampantly grows. It knows no limits, it spreads by the minute. Climbing its way through all your hopes and dreams. Tainting your accomplishments with comparison, until you want to scream. It seems this seed thrives in extremes, strangling your uniqueness with judgments. So beware of this teeny tiny seed making a mockery of abundance. At first appearing harmless, but its nature heartless. Pushing you into internal darkness. So, tend to your mind garden with awareness and care. Don’t give this seed space, choose grace in its place. Rip up the roots of self doubt, and watch flowers bloom about. This bad seed thrives in turmoil, so use love and faith to fertilize your soil. Oh darling, don’t be scared of the seeds you sow, go and grow. You will know, trust. Because when your hands are in the dirt, you’re connected to a deep feeling in your gut. Featherlight.. ♥ Some years ago, I realised that, while it is admirable to be empathic and provide a listening ear, and take others under my wing, there has to be a line that shouldn’t be crossed, and there has to be a limit to what we allow, and what we carry. It is difficult to switch off, but we have to, for our own mental health. We have to learn how, and when, to walk away. And that was one of the hardest lessons I ever learned. Peace is all I seek these days.
