Apart from the drinking water, this strong water has helped heal my chronic reflux. I have tried #coldplunge in the past, and I hated them! I'm not good in the cold. I can do hot all day, but I am a complete beach in the cold.đ„¶ I realized I was doing it all wrong. GO DOWN for details. Picking up #boxing , #jiujitsu , and now #muaythai on top of #bodybuilding and having #fibromyalgia , I'm always in constant pain and #inflammation . There was way too much research out there showing cold exposure as one, if not THE best ways for recovery to ignore. I can tell you from personal experience now at day 5 of cold exposure, I have noticed huge improvements in #recovery ! Pains and inflammation are almost completely gone after a few mins in. Ontop of that, I've noticed the stubborn fat around my waist has started to disappear. I will post pics in a week or 2 after to show results. I was going in too cold. Here are the proper water temperatures to get great results! For beginners, I suggest keeping cold plunges between 59-60° F / 15-16° C. No longer than 3 minutes. For your very first few cold plunges, even 15 seconds is a successful session. You can work your way up. Your body will slowly begin to adapt. At an intermediate level, cold plunges should be maintained at around 50° F / 10° C. Always attempt longer than 90 seconds per session. Push yourself to constantly improve your time without causing yourself harm. At an expert level, begin exploring sub -50° F temperatures. This is ideal for athletes searching for optimal recovery. It's important to remember that everyone's tolerance to cold can vary, so it's important to gradually acclimate your body to the cold water and pay attention to any adverse reactions. If you have any pre-existing medical conditions or concerns, consult with a Healthcare professional before doing cold exposure.

I have tennis elbow pretty bad. Idk what brought it on. But you know when you have it! I woke up with it about a month ago. And it's not getting better. Online it says it can take a year or 2 to go away!?! Thankfully they make this brace for it. It helps a little bit. But not a whole lot. I'm just hopeful that it is this year's trauma! Last summer I broke my back. Took over 6 months to heal. The year before, I dislocated my knee. That took over 6 months to heal. I hope this doesn't take 2 years! I can only do 6 months at a time đ Aches and pains make you appreciate when you DONT have them. I also have fibromyalgia. And that delivers daily pain on the regular.
