9/5/24. 📚 ¿Cómo progresar estratégicamente? 👇 RPE = Rate of perceived exertion. En español: cuánto te cuesta una serie. Puede usarse para valorar una sesión entera también. 1) Shoulder press. Sesión 1/3. 3x3 @ 60 kgs RPE 8. Quizás llegué más cansado de lo que debería. La idea es terminar de acá a 3 semanas con un 3x4. Explico el ejemplo. Si puedo hacer 3x3 de algún ejercicio con un peso X al máximo de mi capacidad, no puedo hacer eso y rezar por la adaptación. Arranco más abajo el ciclo siguiente. Va un ejemplo de 6 semanas: Semanas y reps 📈 Semana #1 - 2-2-2 Semana #2 - 3-2-2 Semana #3 - 3-3-2 Semana #4 - 3-3-3 Semana #5 - 3-4-3 Semana #6 - 4-4-3 Voy agregando reps de a poco. Mientras tanto, y esto es lo más importante, le doy tiempo a mi cuerpo a que haga las adaptaciones que tiene que hacer. En este ejemplo las reps que voy aumentando son a modo de ejemplo, cada uno es diferente y puede haber semanas que no logres subir tan fácil, o al contrario, metas una rep más en cada serie sin que eso sea demasiada intensidad extra. La idea es hacer un video explicando varios ejemplos más para que les sea más transferible a ustedes. 2) Back squats. Sesión 1/3. 3x3 @ 92,5 kgs RPE 8 + 2x6 @ 80 kgs. A diferencia del ejemplo anterior acá mantengo las reps y aumento el peso semana a semana. La idea sería terminar con un 3x3 con 97,5 kgs. Con un poco de suerte dar un salto enorme a 100 kgs pero sería demasiado ambicioso. Paciencia. 3) Pull ups. Sesión 2/3. 3x5 @ 30 kgs RPE 8. Este día lo mantengo igual todo el ciclo. Sumo 15 reps con un buen peso que me aseguran suficiente volumen de trabajo a lo que es el día 1 (el que hago pesado y terminaría con 2x2 con 50 kgs 🤞). El día 3 estoy haciendo sin peso extra para darle descanso a los tendones, etc., y cambiar el agarre. ⌛️OBJECTIF⌛️ Pour cela, il faut que le "POURQUOI" soit assez solide afin de maintenir le cap vers l'objectif. The same old stuff over and over again🗝 • Highly effective hypertrophy training isn't flashy, it's very repetitive. • Doing the same exercises consistently over long periods of time is essential for getting strong, which in turn is essential for getting big. • Additionally, the longer you do an exercise, the better you get at recruiting muscle fibers, targeting the musculature you want to target and creating intensity in it. In other words, time potentiates the efficacy of an exercise. • So, find exercises that work well for you, and then stick with them for as long as possible.
