Sesión Push 09/05/24 Creo que la mayoría de los que entrenamos con un poco de conciencia podemos estar de acuerdo es que en las sesiones de Push a menudo pueden ser sesiones mucho más frustrantes para progresar, ya que el progreso numéricamente hablando son más lento. Un aumento de 2 kg en una prensa bench press es enorme, en comparación con agregar 2 kg a una prensa de piernas o peso muerto. Uno de los mayores problemas que noto es tratar de realizar demasiados aumentos de carga de manera constante y terminar con series con calidad pobre. Esto puede derivar a uno de tantos problemas como lo son: - Un mayor riesgo de lesión al realizar series que aún no estás listo para realizar, o al menos un riesgo mucho mayor de lesión frente al estímulo. - Mucha más fatiga por intentar constantemente realizar series "pesadas" y agotarse mentalmente. Puede resultar difícil, ya que a menudo queremos dar lo mejor de nosotros mismos e ir mas allá por lograr nuestro objetivo. Pero no tiene sentido perseguir un progreso demasiado rápido, cuando lo único que realmente estás haciendo es alejarte de él. Hoy fue un buen ejemplo de esto para mí. Había considerado hacer una serie con los 100 kg en bench press, pero sabía que me arriesgaría a realizar una serie pobre y con riesgo a una lesión (como en el pasado), así que tome los 90 kg, 5 kg mas que la semana pasada y fui a darlo todo. Mai fatti 5 colpi a questo carico, contando che c'era anche il sesto! Toppp💪🏿 🔺Chest Press: 3x6/8 a carico fisso. Nessuna progressione qui rispetto a settimana scorsa, ma comunque ottimo controllo e feeling 🔺Croci panca 30: 4x6/10 + 2x8/12 con eccentrica controllata. Pian piano si punta a tornare a più serie da 10 con i 22 🔺Croci ai cavi: 3x10/15. Carico ridicolo qui dopo tutto il resto prima, ma come al solito ottimo feeling e petto completamente sfinito 🔺Alzate laterali manubri: 3x9/9/8 @16kg, cercando di controllare al massimo l'eccentrica in ogni rep. Diet og løpe update : vekt 95,4 idag. Presser vekta nedover gradvis, morgenvekt skal være max 95kg for og kunne starte med løpingen igjen 🏃‍♂️ Tror det blir en lur regel og ha ift diet og den generelle belastning for kneet osv.
