Flyer of a push session to kickstart the week. 📈 89kg on the scales the last couple days. New territory ✌🏼 Was supposed to be upper, but some biceps tendinitis wrote that off, so running Push, Legs, Pull to start the week to give it time to recover. Is it ideal? No. But I’m still going to get in for some solid work. 🫡 Strom Joint Max on order from @elitesuppsuk to help keep the joints healthy and inflammation down as we continue pushing new numbers. Taking progressions on nearly all push movements here and this progress is reflecting in my physique now. Despite the higher body fat, my chest has never looked this full in a front double biceps, so muscle is being acquired. 🙏🏼 With a decent amount of body fat on the frame now, stability is on a whole new level in comparison to prep where I really struggle. ALTERNATING DUMBBELL BENCH PRESS The Alternating Dumbbell Bench Press is a fantastic exercise for targeting your chest, shoulders, and triceps.
