Daily Update: Upper Body Focus & Protein Goals Today, I dedicated my gym session to upper body exercises, specifically targeting rows and pull downs. Unfortunately, I may have pushed myself too hard and heard my shoulder pop. Consequently, I decided to stop after completing four machines to avoid further injury. To maintain my workout momentum, I transitioned to an inclined walk, achieving a 12% incline at level 2. For the rest of the day, I plan to focus on consuming plenty of protein, aiming for 100 grams. It was upper session today I did not want to get up. I did not want to do it. Session just felt like a slog and I didn’t enjoy it. I do normally prefer upper but I wasn’t feeling particularly strong that’s ok it’s normal. Man o man I’m tired I wonder if I could get cheeky nap in. I wish! Day off no work really trying to balance work and home and it’s so hard being self employed I cannot switch off. But today I’m off as last week I did six days it takes its toll mentally. So off today back at it tomorrow then count down to my holiday is on #upperbodyworkout

Felt pretty good this morning so went for 32.5kg bench press! It’s Friday JR 🤗, and I’ve got a solid push workout for y’all. Today is all about the chest, shoulders, and triceps… Lately, I’ve been noticing some serious gains in my upper body. It’s not just the physical changes, but the strength I’ve built. I’m lifting heavier weights, and it’s honestly surprising. This progress is a testament to patience and persistence. Results often show up just when you’re about to give up. Last week, I almost did. But then I reminded myself how far I’ve come. I’m not just working for a summer body; I want to be fit for life.
