🔥 Don’t get me wrong, even 15 minutes of training is awesome! But… 🔥 I often hear people getting angry at the fact that they exercise a lot, but they still can’t, for example, eat as much as others. That their metabolism is slower or broken, or super low in general. 🔥 The truth is that this one hour of training is JUST one hour of your day, and if you just sit still for the rest of it… do you really think it’s a lot of movement? 🔥 Non-exercise activity is a much bigger part of your daily energy expedinture than just that one hour of exercises. Every movement you do during the day makes you use your energy, and it’s easy to guess that it all adds up. 🔥 Not to mention how healthy it is to move more during the day, or rather how unhealthy sitting for a long time is. 🔥 I don’t say you should exercise more or anything, but I would always advise you to move more in general because people just don’t get enough movement during the day. 🔥 Be it a walk, cleaning the house, riding a bike, whatever - any kind of movement do wonders for your body! 🔥 So, before getting angry at yourself, ask yourself if you move enough outside of trainings and maybe there is some room for improvement there! #animefitness #cosplayfitness #fitnesstips #sailormars #sailormarscosplay #reihino #reihinocosplay #sailormoon #sailormooncosplay #cosplaygym #animegym
