2 of my favourite exercises at the moment 👀 Was previously doing barbell rows for the past 9 months however it’s been stalling for a bit so swapped it out for this chest supported one. Can’t lie it’s one of the best decisions I’ve made. Great connection and it’s progressing good already. Also been doing weighted dips for a month now, loving them so far apart from the setup being a hassle lol.
