Counting my blessings. It’s my birthday and I realize it’s the very last one not being a mom. Although she’s already here and I can feel her, I still don’t feel like a real mom. It’s still just hubbs and me, just the two of us - although not quite… 😅 you know what I mean, it’s complicated :D So here’s to this girl getting another year older, and what an incredible year this has been. I’m immensely grateful for the bliss and hardship, the ups and downs, the wins and losses, more wrinkles and fancy adventures. Im proud of the decisions I made and relationships I built, of new wisdom and perspectives I was able to gain. But most and for all I’m beyond thankful for our first pregnancy experience which took this year to a whole different level. I know this next year will be different than all the others before. It will probably be the most difficult one and the most beautiful one at the same time. I’m ready to experience all of it.
