Certaine femme réussissent à allier vie de femme et vie de maman moi je n’y arrive pas je suis loin d’être la maman que je rêver d’être . Je suis épuisée , exténuée mentalement. Dans ma tête ? c’est devenu un capharnaüm , une complexité a comprendre moi même ce que je veux, ce que je souhaite , ce que j’aime . Je sais une chose c’est que chaque jours je me leve pour allez au travail pour que mes filles ne manque de rien elle sont la seule raison qui fait que aujourd’hui j’arrive encore à me lever . Le couple ? Parlons en mon dieu que sa ne rime plus à rien !Mon corps et mon esprit me lâche un peu plus chaque jours mais j’essaie j’essaie d’y arriver j’y met tout mon âme et corps . On dit qu’après une naissance il faut 2 ans à une femme pour s’en remettre avec mes 2 filles rapprocher on peur dire 4 ? Car là je ne vois aucune amélioration. Durfde jij voor 4 kinderen te gaan? 𝗛𝗼𝗲 𝗱𝗼𝗲 𝗷𝗲 𝗱𝗮𝘁 en nog altijd worden vragen gesteld: ▪︎Je zal wel geen tijd voor jezelf hebben? ▪︎Of dit is zeker eerste/tweede leg of bonuskinderen? ▪︎Je zal wel fultime moeder zijn? ▪︎Of je ouders staan zeker dag en nacht klaar? ▪︎Jij hebt zeker gemakkelijke kinderen? Ik kan zo wel even doorgaan... ➡️Op de eerste plaats opvoeden doen we het nog altijd 𝘀𝗮𝗺𝗲𝗻 anders was ik na 1 kind al meteen gestopt🤪. Dat was een huilbaby dus ik had daar alle reden toe.... 💫Zelfs zonder ondersteuning van (schoon)ouders die woonden ver weg of zij waren helaas al overleden, lukte het ons. Drie dagen in de week hadden we een oppasgezin en wij werkten 4x9 uur met veel plezier. ⚠️Weet je waar wij samen vrij snel achter kwamen? ℍ𝕖𝕥 𝕘𝕒𝕒𝕥 𝕠𝕞 𝕠𝕟𝕤, wat 𝗵𝗲𝗯𝗯𝗲𝗻 𝘄𝗶𝗷 𝗻𝗼𝗱𝗶𝗴 om vadertje en moedertje te spelen. 𝗘𝗻 𝗻𝗮𝘁𝘂𝘂𝗿𝗹𝗶𝗷𝗸 𝘃𝗼𝗻𝗱𝗲𝗻 𝘃𝗲𝗲𝗹 𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘀𝗲𝗻 𝗱𝗮𝗮𝗿 𝘄𝗮𝘁 𝘃𝗮𝗻... Wat zijn mijn tips: 1️⃣Goede communicatie 2️⃣Eerlijke taakverdeling 3️⃣Organisatie talent (sterke kant van mijn partner) 4️⃣ Een mindset die niet twijfelt. 5️⃣Doe niet alles voor de kinderen dat vraagt om problemen. 6️⃣Zet jezelf op de eerste plaats zonder dat schuldgevoel. 7️⃣Gun elkaar dingen en doe niet alles samen. Want als 𝗶𝗸 𝗼𝗻𝘁𝘀𝗽𝗮𝗻𝗻𝗲𝗻 𝗲𝗻 𝗯𝗹𝗶𝗷 ben dan zijn mijn kinderen dat ook.Je leven verandert en dat is de realiteit.𝗢𝘂𝗱𝗲𝗿𝘀 worden is een nieuwe rol en vraagt 𝗮𝗮𝗻𝗽𝗮𝘀𝘀𝗶𝗻𝗴𝗲𝗻 op alle gebied.Dat is spannend maar anders word jij zo' n moeder die 𝗱𝗲𝗻𝗸𝘁 𝗵𝗮𝗱 𝗶𝗸 𝗺𝗮𝗮𝗿 .... 💥 𝗝𝗲 𝗹𝗲𝗲𝗳𝘁 𝗻𝘂 motherhood is power. We learn daily by hearing the stories of mothers just how much the world, society has to catch up with the postpartum needs of mothers. Motherhood, doesn’t have to be rooted in sacrifice, going without, it doesn’t have to feel like a leaky faucet but more like a well irrigated system where everything is in alignment, everything is working to the benefit of your well being. Pouring into you mentally, physically spiritually and emotionally Truth is, motherhood has shape shifted many women. It has taken everything out of us. It has made things feel extremely hard, isolated and out of reach. This doesn’t have to be the norm. It can be soft, it should be soft. After the birth of your baby there should be room for softening and healing. May your mothering journey be soft, be gentle on you and your healing body.
