Nicole will be focusing on BYOBaby classesππ« Nicole will teach: π©βπ§βπ¦Mums & Luvvs on Thursdays at 10am πΆπ§π» Little Luvvlies on Sundays at 12:30am Nicole started practicing yoga while she was in high school as a way to find strength and flexibility as a competitive cheerleader. As an adult, yoga has provided an outlet not only to strengthen her body, but also her mind. She graduated with her 200hr from Zen Yoga Garage in 2023 (all while in her first trimester of pregnancy). She also received her 20hr Childrenβs Yoga Certification from Meet Me in Childβs Pose in 2023. As a former nanny and childcare provider, she believes that all ages can benefit from the practice of yoga and meditation. Working with families all throughout the Chicagoland area for over a decade has given her insight as to how families can use yoga as a way to bond and create special memories. She enjoys working with ALL ages and helping others find balance in life through yoga, meditation, self-care, humor, fun and play.
