As we come into Mothers Day weekend, I want to share my gratitude and thanks to this group of women I'm so greatful that my motherhood journey has lead me to these incredibly strong women They have held me up and been a support I couldn't have dreamed of I never used to understand why people have babies and then make new friends But I get it now. I've lived it. I see.... its not that the old friends don't matter, we just really need people in the thick of it here with is in the now These women may not have all been there through our pregnancy or fertility journey, but they've been there every step of the way since our boy was around 8 weeks old Seeing our littles grow and thrive together has been so truly special. From cradled in our arms at coffee dates, to climbing around baby gyms, from breast fed to chomping down whole meals Our friendship evolves and rolls, ever changing and growing, in a way ive not experienced before. Nothing is rigid or held to standards that mean change can't happen. 《回台紀錄 - 騎車趣 & 健身去 2024/03/11 - 04/10》 這次回台居然有排出時間運動耶，而不是只有大吃的行程！共計帶班&比騎車兩次，去了健身房四次！ 騎腳踏車的地點分別是在台北公館與台中潭子，同樣是騎在自行車道上，但是兩個地方的規劃卻是完全不同！ 台北騎的是河濱自行車道，我們是從公館那出發；當天，太陽真的是熱情到不行，雖說有風，但是！自行車道兩旁完全沒有任何的大樹提供一點遮蔽，真的，熱！到！爆！ 自己騎車的比比，熱到一個不行，臉紅的像蘋果！很佩服 Anita 居然還穿的住長袖，我跟班&比三個人是汗如雨下！而且，比比很棒，就算跌倒了，還是爬起來繼續騎；就算很熱，也還是努力的騎回腳踏車店！ 在台中騎的是潭雅神綠園道，是條非常美的自行車道，兩旁種滿了各式樹木就像綠色隧道一樣！騎車時有樹蔭、有涼風，真的非常的舒服，也不會太晒！加上車道兩旁每隔一段距離就有公園、或是景點，非常適合小朋友！有興趣的可以上網 Google 這個地方一下，大力推薦可以在非假日，人比較少的時候來騎車！ 不過，比較挑戰的是有不少上坡道，像我載了一隻快20公斤的班班，爬坡時，腿部得出不少力的push上去！James 載了隻超過20公斤的比比，加上她坐在他的雙腿間，騎車時得腳開開不好出力，更是辛苦，也滿好笑就是了！兩位小人雖沒騎車，但沿途的公園、景點也玩的很是開心！ 健身嘛，本來以為回台灣之後就只會吃不停，沒有機會上健身房了，感謝弟弟&弟媳帶兩位小人出門玩耍，讓我有好幾個小時可以自由運用；立刻約了可以單次訓練的健身房，在裡面好好的沉浸了一個多小時，舒展舒展筋骨！ 之後的三次訓練，很開心約到了 Serena 上一對一的實體課！去年回台灣見了 Serena 後，回英國開始跟她合作線上訓練，每週線上接受她的指導，這次買好回台灣機票，立即跟她敲定可以上實體課的時間，來練練一些線上不好指導的新動作及改進較有問題的舊動作！ 心得之前在動態有分享過，「獲益良多」是在上課時一直回盪在我腦中的四個字！面授課的好處就是可以即刻改正動作，一個小角度的調整，動作前要先啟動的肌肉，如何配合呼吸等等，真的是~魔鬼藏在細節裡！整個大充電了！ 上完課回到家，細細回憶當天的訓練內容，轉化成自己能懂的重點筆記；雖然現在無法上實體課了，但那時學到的技巧，回到英國上健身房在運動時，也都是時不時的運用到，讓健身更有效率！ 總的來說，這次回台總算不是天天坐著被餵食了，雖然運動量跟在英國相比減少了很多，原本想持續跑步的美好理想，也因台灣的悶熱，整個打退堂鼓一次都沒跑到；但跟班&比一起騎車的樂趣回憶，上實體課學到的知識，都是在英國常態運動時得不到的，所以~很開心！ . 😊 #全職媽媽 #媽媽日常 #親子日常 #育兒生活 #育兒日常 #好友見面 #育兒 #回台灣 #家庭 #生活 #成長紀錄 #馴養班比二三事 #育兒真相 #親子關係 #親情 #異國婚姻 #回台探親 #生活心情隨筆 #Nita踏英國筆記✍ #fulltimemom #momlife #muminspo #mumlife #mumlifeuk #loveyourlife #fitmom #fitmum #stayathomemum #mylifestyle #taiwanese
