We had more rain last night with lightning, apparently lightning rain makes the grass grow more so thats good. We also have a week of sunny weather in the mid 20's which is perfect for grass growing. Tomato planting underway! I've added a dollop of liquidized comfrey and a handful of worm castings to each hole. I have some pots with garlic growing round the outside and I've planted some Montello bush plum toms in the middles, and added some basil and marigold to the ones where the garlic is a bit lacking. Some have got really tall and I've planted these on their sides. Got plenty more to go ... Think I'll do the greenhouse ones next! Fingers crossed for a good year.
