Ingredients: - 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs - 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted - 2 cups fresh blueberries (or frozen, thawed) - 1/2 cup sugar (for the compote) - 16 oz cream cheese, softened - 3/4 cup granulated sugar - 1 teaspoon vanilla extract - 2 large eggs - 1/2 cup sour cream Directions: 1. Mix graham cracker crumbs with melted butter and press into the bottom of a springform pan to form the crust. Chill for 10 minutes. 2. The SUPER HOT April & May are ZOOMING UP the picking season by 3 WEEKS! This is only the 2nd time I have mowed the orchard. It’s a long process for the early mowing. I must tuck the dangling branches into their bush so they don’t get run over! The tractor 🚜 is a beast and so when they are blue I will no longer be able to edge mow the rows.
