Add garlic once oil-butter mix is hot enough. Then add oats flour and stir well for 3-4 minutes. Then add warm milk to the mixture and stir continuously until the mixture starts to thicken. Then add salt and other spices and herbs mentioned above. Let everything cook until sauce is thickened to white sauce consistency (add milk to adjust consistency). This no cheese, gluten free, super creamy white sauce is ready. It can be stored in a refrigerator for up to a week. To make cashew-herbs Rice: take butter in a pan and heat it on medium flame. To melted butter, add garlic and onions and sauté well. Then add cashews, spices and herbs mentioned above and stir well. Add salt and cooked rice and mix well. Aromatic cashew-herbs rice is ready. In another pan, take 1/2 tablespoon of butter and heat it. Add 1/2 tablespoons of minced garlic and all the veggies and cook for couple minutes. Then add some herbs of your choice and salt and give it a good mix. (I prefer veggies to be crunchy, so i didn’t cook it until completely cooked). Then add white sauce and mix well. Creamy veggies are ready. Savor this Creamy Veggies and Cashew-Herbs Rice bowl 😋😋😀😀

All I asked for was some help to get my #garden started this #mothersday , so after our traditional #breakfastinbed , they busted their butts and got all my #veggies in 🍅🫑🥒🫛🥬🍓Then, cleaned up and headed to @drurylaneproductions for a fantastic #brunch and a quick visit to leave some flowers 💐 for momma. This was a bittersweet Mother’s Day, as it’s the last one where @miacozzi1928 will be home 😢 Hope all the mom’s out there enjoyed this beautiful day ☀️
🌱とう立ち玉ねぎ、み〜っけ！ 夏にペコロスを植え付けて、 4本位に分球したのを改めて植え付けたやつです。 普通の苗より太めだったので、 何割かとう立ちの予想をしていましたが (最悪全部とう立ちするかなと…笑) 思ったよりも玉ねぎに仕上がりそうです。 2割くらいは花芽がついたかな？ もう全部食べちゃった。笑 🌱残りは玉ねぎになりそうなので、肥大を見守っています。 手前半分は購入苗、奥の半分はなんちゃって苗です。 母の日だったので、義母の好きなフルーツケーキを手土産に 先週末は子ども達を連れて遊びに行ってきました。 前回行ったときに葉玉ねぎを差し上げたので、 何を作ったのか気になっていたんです。 やはり早速お好み焼きに大量に入れて食べたとのこと。 オススメの味噌汁も作ったけど、 餃子にするほど残らなかったわ〜残念！だそうです。 だいぶ喜んでもらったようで良かった☺️ とう立ち玉ねぎも早めに引っこ抜けば 花芽も柔らかくて丸っと食べられますね。 葉っぱも青々として大好評でした🤩 近所では産直コーナーに葉玉ねぎが大量に出るくらい 葉玉ねぎ需要が高いんですよ。 酢味噌和えがメジャーらしいですが、 大人向けの味だと思うので食卓に出したことはありません。 🌱昨日の強風でエンドウ🫛の支柱が斜めになってしまいました💦 そのまま支柱を使い回そうと思ってたけど、 お片付けした方がいいかな。 今年は花の咲く時期があっという間に終わってしまいました。 肥料？土？品種？連作障害？？ ぱっと終わってしまい、線香花火のような気分です。 🌱サンチュが山盛り採れます。 株ごと収穫したら、茎の近くから1センチ位の昆虫が 4匹くらいワラワラ出てきて焦りました😇 義母にもお裾分けしてるんですが、 虫が大大大嫌いな方なので 念入りに確認してから持って行きます🤣 🌱畑と関係ないんですが、チョコミント大好きです🥰 お気に入りを見つけても取り扱いがすぐになくなるので もっぱらシャトレーゼを愛用してるんですが ガリガリくんの新作がすごく美味しかった😁❣️ ちなみに週一で袋買いしてるせいか 近所のシャトレーゼにチョコミントの種類が 1→3に増えました。笑 布教の結果(1人で美味しく食べてただけ)、 子ども達3人をチョコミント教に入れることに成功しました🤣 なお、主人は食べられません。笑 #家庭菜園 #家庭菜園記録 #家庭菜園女子 #家庭菜園好きな人と繋がりたい #野菜 #畑 #畑仕事 #野菜づくり #自家栽培 #自家栽培野菜 #畑のある暮らし #ベジスタグラム #vegetablegarden #vegetables #garden #veggies #veggie #veggiegarden

Garden Fresh Garlic Infused Noodles Recipe Ingredients: 200g of thin rice noodles 1 tablespoon olive oil 4 cloves garlic, minced 1 red bell pepper, thinly sliced 1 yellow bell pepper, thinly sliced 1 zucchini, julienned 1 carrot, julienned 1 cup snap peas 3 tablespoons soy sauce 2 tablespoons oyster sauce 1 tablespoon sesame oil 1 teaspoon sugar Fresh basil leaves, for garnish Crushed peanuts, for garnish Directions: Cook the rice noodles according to package instructions, then drain and set aside. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute. Add the red and yellow bell peppers, zucchini, and carrot to the skillet. Stir-fry for about 4-5 minutes until the vegetables are just tender. Parakeet cafe! I love the Parakeet cafe! They have an amazing menu and several locations. I like to stop by anytime I’m in San Diego and they have the cutest decor and outside seating. What do you do on rainy days, like the ones we’ve been having and likely to get more off? I finally bit the bullet and I cut out a toile for the top part of the cargo pants I want to make to check fit and then went ahead and cut out the whole pattern from the plain fabric I’ve got. Once I have finished those then I want to make another pair with this gorgeous patterned fabric so I’m taking it one step at a time I cut them out yesterday, and today I have tailor tacked all the markings that I need to. In between this activity I am knitting and tidying my craft/sewing room. Today I sowed seeds of lettuce, pak choi, peas and onions on the back veranda has it’s under cover and therefore protected. Yesterday during a dry spell I ducked out and planted seedlings of broccoli, collard greens and fennel that I showed a couple of weeks ago into my raised beds. Plus a few potatoes that are sprouting. I decided I would let Mother Nature water them in for me which she did just as I came into the house.
