Easy Eggroll in a Bowl recipe! 🍳 Asian-inspired goodness, this dish is perfect for lunch or dinner! 🍲🥢 EASY EGGROLL IN A BOWL (4 servings) 1/4 tbsp avocado oil 1/4 tsp sea salt 1/2 tsp black pepper 1 cup shredded coleslaw mix 1 tbsp coconut aminos 1/2 teaspoon toasted sesame oil 1 tbsp green onion 1 tbsp garlic 3/4 tbsp ginger 12 oz ground chicken 4 hard boiled eggs (Olive oil is good too! That’s what I usually use). Directions: ➡️ Heat avocado oil in a large saute pan over medium-high heat. Add garlic and ginger. Saute for about a minute, until fragrant. ➡️ Add ground meat and season with sea salt and black pepper. Cook until browned, about 7-10 minutes. ➡️ Reduce heat to medium. Add the coleslaw mix and coconut aminos. Stir to coat. Cover and cook for about 5 minutes, until the cabbage is tender. ➡️ Remove from heat. These 5-Ingredient Protein Balls are the perfect on-the-go treat to keep you satisfied and energized throughout the day. With a balance of nutritious ingredients, these balls are not only a great snack option but also a meal or main dish that's low in sugar and suitable for both vegetarians and vegans. Stay tuned for the recipe picture in this post! 5-INGREDIENT PROTEIN BALLS (20 servings) 1 cup peanut butter, unsalted (no sugar added) 4 medium medjool dates 1/2 cup hemp seeds 1/4 cup chia seeds 3 tbsp protein powder Directions: ➡️ Add nut butter, pitted dates, hemp seeds, chia seeds, and protein powder to a food processor and blend until all ingredients are well combined and a cookie dough-like texture forms. ➡️ If too wet, add more dry ingredients of choice, such as protein powder or hemp seeds.
