I did not have so much energy today so this was the best I could. For the record, I did four sets on the leg press but I forgot to enter the last one in my phone before I finished my workout 🥲 But even if the app doesn’t know it, my legs sure do hahaha P.S. I only did the back extension twice because it hurt in a way that was not good 😩 I also tried the flute kickback machine but that also hurt in a bad way. I do love a leg day. Lower happened today on the new plan and it was epic. You know it's good when second exercise in you feel like your going to throw up. The session was great all movements went really well. Even had a couple of pb and in dieting my God. Ich heute beim Seitheben am Kabelturm (es gibt mehr als einen Turm in meinem Studio, der nächste war direkt hinter mir). . Kommt ein älterer Dude und fragt, ob ich da noch dran bin - Obviously ja 😅 . Warum geht er nicht einfach an den nächsten, der 1,5m weiter und nicht belegt ist? Ist der Turm irgendwie besonders oder gibt es ein ungeschriebenes Gesetz, dass man immer am gleichen Turm trainieren muss😅? . Ich weiß es nicht, aber sicher ist, dass es genug Türme für alle gibt und jeder sein Training durchziehen kann. .
