Tonight's dinner was tagliatelle with home made classic tomato sauce and meatballs And because I'm an idiot I worked out my macros based on 125g of dried pasta. After it was cooked it was 320g weight. I was surprised at how big of a portion it was so as I was finishing up eating it I decided to double check the box again and realized the nutritional content was based on cooked weight and not dry weight so I ended up having triple the amount I was supposed to so I can kiss my macros ass goodbye today 🤦🏽‍♀️😡 In other news it was delicious and I am full 🤣

Consiglio di non aggoungere tutta l'acqua ma di andare piano piano e scegliere la consistenza che preferite. All'assaggio è davvero golosissimo (anche perché è bello calorico). Sa proprio di torta al cacao/cioccolato. Unica pecca sono proprio i pezzetti di avena che non mi piacciono molto purtroppo, come consistenza. Per il resto è proprio una coccola. “Steak”, chips and veg 🍟🥦 A simple and easy high protein dinner that is quick to prepare and super tasty! It’s like a “fake away” pub meal with some @veefaustralia plant based steak, some @spud.lite potatoes placed in the airfryer to make chips and some tasty veggies on the side. Another meal showing that eating low calorie and high protein doesn’t need to be complicated, just simply put a protein, a carb and some veggies on your plate and you’re good to go! 😋😋 I just sliced and pan fried the @veefaustralia steak with some bbq seasoning until it got a crisp on the outside! This was also a super cost effective meal, just using a bag of frozen veggies from aldi then the spud lite potatoes and the plant based steak. Minimal effort, maximum taste and ease! Most of my holiday gain gone and sitting nicely back in my target range 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻 I did have a couple treats on Sunday with dinner but the rest of the week I’ve tracked 100% on plan and I got a good loss 😍 . Cajun Style Turkey Breast Ingredients: 3 Lb. Boneless Turkey Breast ½ Stick Unsalted Butter 1 Tsp. Salt, or to taste 1 Tsp. Ground Pepper 1 ½ Tsp. Cajun or Creole Seasoning 2 Tsp. Paprika 2 Tsp. Cumin 2 Tsp. Garlic Powder Directions: Preheat the oven to 450 degrees. Coat a baking dish with butter or cooking spray. Set aside. Clean and pat dry the turkey breast. Place the butter, garlic, and remaining seasoning in a bowl. Stir to combine. Loosen the skin of the turkey breast. Spread half of the butter mixture underneath the skin of the turkey, and spread the other half of the butter on top of the turkey breast and underneath. Place the turkey in the coated baking dish. Bake (uncovered) for 15-20 minutes or until skin has just started to brown. Reduce the oven temperature to 350 degrees. Bake for 1 hour and 15 minutes, basting occasionally with pan juices. Be sure to set the timer to avoid overcooking. Check the temperature of the turkey by inserting a thermometer into the thickest part of the meat. Remove the turkey out of the oven as soon as the thermometer reads at least 160 degrees. Cover the turkey lightly with foil and let it sit for 5-10 minutes, or until thermometer registers at least 165 degrees. Garnish with fresh herbs such as rosemary or thyme. Serve. Crispy honey soy chicken🌶️🍗🫑🍚 466 calories Ingredients: 150g chicken breast 150g basmati rice 15g cornflour Bell pepper Soy sauce Honey Tomato ketchup 1. Boil your rice in a pan of salted water (packet rice can also be used for quickness) 2. Slice the chicken breast into strips or bite size pieces and lightly coat the pieces in a tsp of soy sauce before coating each piece in the cornflour. 3. Transfer the chicken to an air fryer and cook for around 15 mins on 180° 4. Whilst the chicken is cooking, fry off the bell pepper in a pan 5. A few minutes before the chicken is cooked, add a tsp of soy sauce, a tbsp of tomato ketchup and a tsp of honey into the pan with the bell pepper, and any seasonings of your choice (I added salt, pepper, garlic and chilli flakes) 6. Once the chicken is cooked, add to the pan and coat all the chicken in the sticky sauce 7. Once the rice is cooked and drained, add to a plate, top with the chicken and peppers, and garnish with fresh coriander, fresh chillis and sesame seeds This is a quick and easy meal for lunch or dinner and can be adjusted according to your goals. Save money and eat healthy 🙌 recipe here: Serves 4 For the cauliflower pizza crust: 1.5 lbs. (680g) cauliflower florets 1.8 oz. (50g) shredded cheese 1 egg, beaten 1 tsp. Italian seasoning sea salt & black pepper, to taste Pizza toppings: 2.7 fl oz. (80ml) marinara sauce 4 oz. (115g) mozzarella ball, sliced fresh basil leaves red pepper flakes (optional) What you need to do Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with baking paper. Prepare the cauliflower florets by removing them from the stem, or use frozen and thawed cauliflower. Grate the cauliflower using a food processor or a box grater to make cauliflower rice. Place the cauliflower rice in a microwave-safe bowl, cover, and microwave for 4-5 minutes to soften. Alternatively, sauté the cauliflower rice in a pan over medium heat for 8-10 minutes. Allow it to cool to the touch. Transfer the cauliflower rice to a thin kitchen towel. Squeeze out all the excess moisture as thoroughly as possible. In a large mixing bowl, combine the drained cauliflower rice, cheese, beaten egg, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Use your hands to mix well and form the pizza dough. Press the dough onto the lined baking sheet, shaping it into an even circle with a diameter of approximately 9” (23cm). Te placuszki są bardzo delikatne, na maxa puszyste, wilgotne i nasycą cie na dluuugo!! 😍 Próbowałam już różne przepisy, z puddingu, jogurtu, na kefirze z jabłkami, ale to jest zdecydowanie mój ulubiony, więc macie i zajadajcie!! 😝 Składniki: -150g serka wiejskiego lekkiego -50g banana -40g mąki pszennej -1 jajko (50g) -6 słodzików (lub innego słodzika wg. Własnych upodoban) -Pół łyżeczki proszku do pieczenia (ok. 2g) (dodatki) -100g puddingu proteinowego czekoladowego -50g malin -3g cukru pudru (do podsypania) Przygotowanie: Wszystkie składniki na placuszki miksujemy, oprócz jajka. Białko oddzielamy od żółtka, a następnie żółtko wlatuje do reszty składników, natomiast białko jaja ubijamy na sztywną pianę. Stopniowo dodajemy do masy delikatnie mieszając, tak, aby białka nam nie opadły. Smażymy na mocno rozgrzanej patelni z obu stron na małym ogniu pod przykryciem, aż będą złote i zrobione w środku. Gourmet Chicken Stuffed with Roasted Red Peppers and Spinach Ingredients: 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts 1 cup roasted red peppers, sliced 1 cup fresh spinach 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese 2 cloves garlic, minced 1 tablespoon olive oil Salt and pepper to taste 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning Directions: Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Make a deep cut along the side of each chicken breast to create a pocket. Be careful not to cut all the way through. Stuff each chicken breast with equal amounts of roasted red peppers, spinach, and mozzarella cheese. Secure with toothpicks if needed. In a bowl, mix together the minced garlic, olive oil, salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning. Rub this mixture over the outside of the chicken breasts.
