Hit a nice little rep PR today, 70x5. The last rep was grindy but I got it. I have been stuck at 72x1 for a very long time but I think it is safe to say I have far surpassed that. Beautiful day. Walked 5k before work. Loving the cloud formations. My pictures don’t do them justice. I see a bunch of dogs who meet in the park every morning. It’s like a dog party. They have a total blast. I’m going to be brave and ask their owners if I can take a film of them to share with you because it makes me smile every day. An older guy skateboarding on the ramps in the skate park also made me smile today. Simple pleasures. 😊 After work, I did an upperbody strength workout which included a core finisher. 🎥 pike push ups. The bottom half of me is still on the injured bench. Dobry plan treningowy to prosty plan treningowy! Wystarczy dobrać kilka ćwiczeń na daną partie i powtarzać je każdego tygodnia, sukcesywnie zwiększajac intensywność (+kg) lub/i objętość (powtórzenia; serie) w zależności od obranych celów. Można dzięki temu w łatwy sposób monitorować progres, ponieważ robimy ten sam wariant ćwiczenia wykonany w taki sam sposób. Wtedy w skali np. trzech miesięcznych cyklów treningowych widać namacalnie postępy w rozwoju siły. W ubiegłych dwóch cyklach wykonywałem taki zestaw ćwiczeń w treningu ukierunkowanym na siłę ramion we wzorcu pchania wertykalnego. Szczerze mówiąc ta kombinacja działa całkiem niezłe 😃 🇬🇧 A good training plan is a simple training plan! Just select a few exercises for a muscle group and repeat them every week, gradually increasing the intensity (+ kg) and/or volume (repetitions; sets) depending on your goals. This allows you to easily monitor your progress because you are doing the same variant of the exercise in the same way. Then, on a scale of, for example, three monthly training cycles, you can see tangible progress in strength development. In the last two cycles, I performed this set of exercises in a training focused on arm strength in a vertical pushing pattern. Honestly, this combination works quite well 😃

My left heel is getting almost completely recovered (from 27 mph downhill skateboarding impact into curb about 3 weeks ago).
