So this is going to be a full-body workout, from cardio to core. Bikeriding strengthens your whole body and gives you better balance. It will lower blood pressure, increase the health of your heart and lungs, and it will flood your body with healthy endorphins, which help you feel good. This exercise also burns fat. Fast paced Friday workout 💦👟 • Love night workouts or early mornings when it’s still dark out. I feel like I can focus soooo much more. • Workout of the day: • Side to side squat jumps with a press/curl (I think I made these up but they’re extremely hard so try them) 5 sets 20 seconds • Then straight into squat jump to curl 3 sets 10 reps short rest in between (10-15 seconds) • Bosu ball plank jack to press 5 sets 6 reps (short rest) • Bent over row to curl 2 sets 10 reps • Hinge to press 4 sets 10 reps \\ Lezzzz go.
