Todays workouts! Got to the gym after work and got the first part in! Started on the treadmill with a 15 minute hiit workout, combined with a full body workout with dumbbells, kettlebell and cables. Finished off my gym time with some body weight abs and foam rolling. Are you trying to gain muscle and feeling frustrated? Here are the basics that you need for muscle gain. 1.) Train each muscle group 2-3 times per week. 2.) Make sure your consistently adding weight or reps in order to progressively overload your muscles. 3.) Ensure you’re getting at LEAST .8g of protein per pound of body fat, but closer to 1.25g per pound is better. 4.) Consistency and time. It’s better to be consistent than perfect and of course with consistency comes time. It’s going to take time to see muscle gain. 5.) You need to be getting at LEAST 8 hours of sleep at night for your muscles to recover enough to see gains!

Så planen var jo å trene forrige uke, men utsatte og utsatte. Merka kanskje at kroppen var mørbanka.. Jada jada! Så da hørte jeg heller på kroppen enn psyken. Og nå begynte kroppen å ta over, og si: Ferie neste uke å? Psyken var enkel og overtale. Helt til fattern sa etter en GT; Jeg blir med på mandag, jeg trodde han tulla. Det gjorde han ikke, det skjønte jeg når han kjøpte ny treningstrøye og sko. «Dette kommer jeg meg ikke unna gitt» 😂 Så da var det bare å ta med seg endometriose-magen,(første gang jeg virkelig ser jeg er oppblåst) og komme seg på trening.
