All the hardships, pains and unpleasant sensasions that we come in contact with are our limiting programs clashing with your divinity and thus causing this effect of pain, of experiencig ''karmic burdains". Our soul, divine source does not accept any limitations, it knows it's path and the highests truths. But we as a being came to this plane to learn some particular lessons that we, freewillingly chose. Thus, this clashing, pain that we experience shall be held with great gratitude and understanding. And so now we are here in this plane feeling the play and vibrational difference of these two great forces and in order to let the limitations go and learn the lessons that we are meant to learn we may experience contractions in those specific aries that the programs lay manifesting in the physical body. And as we want to accept a lesson, we want to know it not only superficialy, not only in word form, but to let that knowing, that frequency that it carries flow thru our own beng. In moment when you feel a lot of sensations, a lot of lower vibrational feelings coming in. Hold them as dear gifts with appreciation You do not need to hold and suppress them in order to come back to good and high vibrations. It is a lie limiting us, that we always need to feel only positive things and be vibrating very highly. The lower, more tensing feelings come as a part of sheding. Letting go of beliefs, conditioning which no longer serves us. In order to let it go, integrate it and move into higer dimensional fields we must accept the lessons, which where the reason why we created these certain experiences in the first place. Do not get afraid, keep your heart open. With gratitude hold the intention to receive the lessons from the divine,  the source, your highest intuition. The answers are coming to you of why, why you were creating seperation, sadness, anger, guilt... Hold your space and the process with love, knowing, gratitude. The information can come to you in a form of feeling, hearing, smelling, seeing. It does not matter how. Just hold the knowing that it is coming. I know life can be challenging, especially when we are enduring things that we don’t understand. We wonder why we can’t seem to see the rewards for our efforts or why we still haven’t received the love we have been waiting for. We wonder why our career hasn’t taken off or why things seem to be shook from underneath us as soon as we make progress. We wonder if life will ever get better. We wonder if our sacrifices and dedication will ever amount to anything we’ve hoped for. We wonder why we have experienced betrayal after betrayal and heartbreak after heartbreak… We wonder will life ever be all we imagine it to be… Well, I don’t have the answers to every life path… I don’t know if my life or your life will be all we have hoped for … but I will say, that life has taught me that in time… we are able to more fully understand our experiences… in time we are able to see our experiences through a higher perspective and through the eyes of wisdom. We begin to see the divine unfolding of our life. We begin to understand that sometimes the things we once saw as negative’s perhaps were positives. Perhaps God has been sifting us from the things that are not in alignment with our highest self so that we can be all we were created to be. Perhaps the experiences we have had, have lead us to our breakthroughs and a version of ourselves we didn’t even know was possible. Silent battles have a way of making us feel isolated, even in the company of our loved ones. They can hover over us like someone who's unfulfilled & miserable, keeping our own joy and fulfillment just out of arms reach. TRUSTING I wrote this little poem in the night of the full moon. I am sure you can relate to this. Sometimes we have to make decisions that are scary as we move into the unknown. Sometimes it feels like we are falling and we are scared to hit the ground. The message I got from the divine was that I have got WINGS and that I am held by the divine and everything will be fine. Not gonna lie, this week I’ve felt absolutely trollied! My mind has been looping into stories. I’ve been clinging to old programs of lack, self-doubt and fear. False perceptions. I don’t think I’ve felt mental chatter like this in a while, years even. Emotions are running wild. My body is tense, sore. Energy pulsing through it. Head full of pressure. I’m exhausted. Yet I am humbled. Knowing that I am in a deep transformative portal. Resourcing myself in each moment. Holding my heart as emotions rise. Tapping affirmations to repattern my subconscious. Resting. TRE. Putting on music or movies that move me and allowing the emotion to release through crying. Reminding myself that this, too, shall pass. Grounding with essential oils and breath. Trusting that all that is no longer serving me is bubbling to the surface to be transmuted, so that I may rise to the next level of love, of receiving, of abundance, of creation, of joy. Re-centreing into this now moment, where really, all is well. Dancing with the ebbs and flows and knowing that there is a cosmic purpose for the way all things are divinely orchestrated. And melting into trust in that. This is all part of the integration process when we do energy work. We are accessing and alchemising deep threads and imprints in our energy field, in our body, our mind, our spirit. And sometimes the process of allowing this to all land and settle, can be extremely uncomfortable. But it is a necessary step to our evolution and expansion. And so worth it. Stay tender in trust x

That cloud tho…👁🦅 When I first came to Idaho and was told that there are sand dunes here I was like no way lol. The energy here feeds our will to expand our perspectives and visions beyond the limits that we’ve been conditioned to accept. The main perspective shifts that I’ve experienced here have to do with excitement vs fear. Surrender - शरणागति Some of the most valuable insights I’ve come upon, have been in states of surrender. The moments where I have completely let go. How often do you fully let go and open your heart and mind up to infinite possibility? Our egos love to control everything. Living through ego creates so many boundaries which leads us to fear and uncertainty. Surrender allows us to break free from this and helps you connect with source and the universe. So how do you fully let go and surrender? I practise surrender through breath, yoga and meditation. I will always remember the day I began to come out of what felt like lifetimes of stored trauma in my body, nervous system, energy, and soul… The most noticeable difference I saw in those moments were that the frequency of Trauma resonates with the 𝙫𝙞𝙗𝙧𝙖𝙩𝙞𝙤𝙣 𝙤𝙛 𝙛𝙚𝙖𝙧 and the frequency of Love, well, of course, resonates with the vibration of safety, and an overall sense of feeling free, with the ability to choose. 𝐋𝐨𝐯𝐞 𝐭𝐞𝐧𝐝𝐬 𝐭𝐨 𝐦𝐨𝐯𝐞 𝐮𝐬 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐨𝐩𝐞𝐧 𝐮𝐬 𝐮𝐩 𝐰𝐡𝐞𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐬 𝐟𝐞𝐚𝐫 𝐬𝐡𝐮𝐭𝐬 𝐮𝐬 𝐝𝐨𝐰𝐧 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐚𝐭𝐭𝐞𝐦𝐩𝐭𝐬 𝐭𝐨 𝐜𝐨𝐧𝐭𝐫𝐨𝐥 𝐨𝐫 𝐝𝐢𝐦𝐢𝐧𝐢𝐬𝐡 𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐯𝐢𝐭𝐚𝐥 𝐞𝐧𝐞𝐫𝐠𝐲. Hypothetically this choice seems easy, however when someone has endured trauma, the choice is not always an easy choice to make. An individual who has endured trauma will usually be wired towards fear versus love or other frequencies associated with fear such as anger, jealousy, a sense of low self worth or a need to be validated from others to feel safe in their bodies. 🌺 When we choose to incarnate here in human bodies we are choosing to learn different lessons on the Earthly plane. Our lower three chakras or energy centers are what connect us most to the physical plane. Most traumas become stored in our root and sacral chakras. To unwind these energies, and heal ourselves from the past as well as traumatic impressions on the bodies and soul, we must clear the imprint. Birth can be traumatic. Rape. Inequality. Violence. Incest. Pedophilia. These are all things we have witnessed within our human family throughout the Patriarchal Reign. We are now rising into a New Earth Frequency which embodies 𝑳𝒐𝒗𝒆 🌹 As we tune into our own internal mapping, our bodies wisdom, and the natural world around us we begin to re-wire our systems and our stories to the 𝑳𝒐𝒗𝒆 that we truly are.
