I’ve been drawing up a storm since arriving home from @solfestfl … imagery is spilling out of me from the inspiration of being with so many creatives. This drawing may become something more, still working on it, maybe a tarot series is falling out of me??? We shall see… Art is a reflection of the souls experience, and this drawing was created under the New Moon in Taurus after I pulled the 2 of Swords in a reading. GiRL in Portugal 🇵🇹 forever will this memory be ingrained in my heart. One day after I decided to cancel my Awaken Spanda Retreat in the USA due to a intuitive gut feeling my amazing sister @kahreela_anra asked me if I'd fancy preforming in Portugal at New Earth Festival that very same week. I literally felt a surge of flutters up my body as the most blissful yes flowed out my mouth. It was time. There was no question and spirit knew it. So I trusted and surrendered. This gave me the jump off courage I had been asking for, for so long to begin opening myself to the whole wide world in a much bigger way 🌎. Something I knew for years was coming. I just didn't know how. The walls were literally blasted down! But make no mistake in thinking this was "easy" for me. I know in fact all the innerwork. shadow integration, surrender and time it took to get me into the alignment for this divine time. The BEing in alignment made it easy to trust God and the process no matter what my egomind told me. Being asked to share my music is so incredibly healing/integrative to my soul. You have know idea. I’ve been behind the scenes preparing and planning for the River’s Wild Soul Journey happening in less than a week on the Green River through Labyrinth Canyon in Utah with amazing sensitive female leaders Meghan Callaghan, Renee Palmer and Lauren Bond. 🌹 Mysteries of the Rose 🌹 The rose of ever unfolding nature, unfurling to reveal infinite petals of softness, compassion, holding, healing. The womb opens to receive this blessing, returning to the watery frequency that all of us are born from, the waters of the mother’s creative space. 💧 And when the womb (physical, or etheric) opens, we begin to float upon these sacred waters the pain of the world - rising up, up, up, into the heavens, where Archangel Raphael waits with his mint green flaming hand. 🪽 I have held space for many wombs recently, it has induced in me a power to move on experiences that I have endured, and some that I have not yet encountered in this incarnation. It has brought back in you memories of being tended to, held in sacred space, swaddled in the depths of feminine embodiment and raw power of creation. You can find prints of this one at 🌹 www rimastaines.com/shop 🌹 Maiden, Mother and Crone joining hands in the circle of life-death-life, Maiden and Crone holding a garland of Hawthorn, Rose & Elder over the head of the Mother. In the belly of the Mother are housed all four elements - earth, air, fire, water - and from this holy crucible spring vines which reach out through the painting and entwine the godesses all three. At their feet in the leaf mould grow mushrooms of all incarnations - life from death. The whole scene is nestled within a red womblike window, as if the oak is revealing to us a secret of the true nature of things.

Our creations are for us first and foremost 🙌 To create that which desires to be birthed through me, is to allow my heart's truth to express itself. I create to experience myself as the woman who allows the pulse of life to move through her, fuel her and aliven her. I create because what is gifted to me as the creator in the process is just as, if not, far greater that the gift of the outcome I create because I know it’s what I came here to do, whether someone else validates that or not I nurture my creations because I let myself care about them, whether another acknowledges them or not I share my creations because I’m excited about the impact they could have, whether if people choose to receive that or not Of course we create considering what will serve women in our field and we get to create in a way that will fuel abundance However, it has to light our hearts up to do it! Otherwise we are still playing in the martyr wound… Our creations are for us first and foremost They have to be. Otherwise we are bound by the outcome of them, did people lean in or did they ghost? How many people or how much $ to validate that they are ‘impactful’ or ‘worthy’ ? 🐉 We might know each other for a while. Or not. Either way, I thought I’d reintroduce myself. Hi, I’m Anett. 👋🏻 And it’s soooo interesting and kind of hilarious to me that, even though I’ve been working as a TV journalist for about two decades before I made the switch to mainly coach and mentor and do all the woowoo intuitive and energy work and holistic healing and all that it is that I do, I still struggle to find the right words to describe who I am and what I do. Can you relate? If so, you too might have tried to put yourself in a way too tiny box, package yourself and who you are and what you do nicely so that others get you and approve, maybe even tried to wrap a nice bow around your box in order for it to look good on the outside… only to find out that it felt kind of restricting and wrong and didn’t actually contain half of who you are and what you do. And how could it! You and I, my love, are multi-dimensional, multi-faceted hu-man beings. And as such, we’re so much more than what we’ve been taught to be. 🐉 We are unlimited potential. We are, at our core, pure love. We are divine. Yup, you and me. And everyone else. A unique fractal of Source consciousness. And as such so much more than who we have made ourselves believe we needed to be in order to be loved, fit in, be approved of. In order to „make it“ in this crazy world that only approves of certain things. 🐉 Well, I’m here to help us stop that. I’m here to help us live sovereign, empowered lives where we fall in love with the truth of who we are, our own unique core essence and blueprint first - our true nature - and from that place we automatically fall in love with the world around us. With all of life. And then… we give a shit. And we don’t turn a blind eye to the suffering that’s going on on this planet. When we are connected to the truth of who we are, we are connected to all of humanity - and beyond. And we re-member that there’s no-one coming to save us. And that we are the #antidote. WAT... wordt dan beter? 'Al die ellende aan te horen van anderen; vind je dat niet lastig?' Die vraag wordt me regelmatig gesteld en mijn antwoord is steevast: NEE! Het is voor vrouwen die bij mij komen heel fijn om hun verhaal te kunnen doen, hun twijfels uit te spreken, hun frustraties te uiten, antwoorden te krijgen op de vragen die ze hebben. Te horen dat er, op een relatief makkelijke manier, een oplossing is voor datgene waar ze steeds tegen aan lopen. Het is voor de meeste vrouwen een flinke drempel om hulp te zoeken, want het liefst doen ze het zelf zonder hulp van anderen... Of ze denken dat het toch niet helpt, want ze hebben al zoveel geprobeerd. Ze denken... en denken...en overdenken! Dat is precies wat NIET helpt! Wat WEL helpt is de eerste stap te zetten: uit je gemakkelijke modus van NIETS doen stappen en hulp vragen. Dat is de MOELIJKSTE stap, daarna wordt alles beter! WAT wordt dan beter? Wanneer jij leert heel dichtbij jezelf te komen, weer kan voelen wat je wil, je eigen innerlijke wijsheid naar je bewuste te brengen en dit als heel waardevol zal gaan ervaren, hoeveel beter zal dat voelen denk je? Als je inzicht krijgt in wie jij bent, weer liefde voor jezelf voelt en je duidelijk krijgt hoe je verder wil gaan? Hoeveel beter wil je het hebben? Zoals M. zei na afloop van haar sessies: mijn schaamte is gewoon weg, ik slaap beter en voel zoveel rust. Ook kan ik me makkelijker openstellen en voel dat niet alles meer op mijn bordje ligt. Ik maak steeds vaker gebruik van m'n intuïtie en dat voelt zo goed! Ik ben nieuwsgierig naar wat er nog meer komt in mijn leven! 'Ellende' aanhoren van al die vrouwen? Hoezo ellende... wij vrouwen zijn UNIEK en toch lopen we tegen dezelfde dingen aan en knokken we op dezelfde manier. Omdat we zo uniek zijn, hebben we ook een unieke methode nodig die ons helpt, die ons de weg wijst, die ons onze kracht weer laat voelen! Sometimes I don’t have words to describe what happens at Temple .. the shifts are like beautiful mechanical movements, like the inner workings of a magic clock to the interior parts of our sacred bodies .. becoming more connected and sacred and devoted to the sacredness of sisterhood and to the archetypal work that we are amerced into.. Something about the way in which Women love so deeply and tenderly when entering into a safe container where the ancient sacred technology of temple is held and where the frequency of ceremony is present. 💥 I am always in awe of the interior leaps that take place of the sisters that arrive to weave together as a tapestry of love in what I believe is pure MAGIC .. The level of disconnect we feel at times, seems to leave the moment we enter into temple space, Saturday we felt the oneness of no separation, feeling the connection between ourselves, our gods and goddesses our beloved land Eire and all living beings .. What is done for the one,is done for the all. We enter into a WE .. We communed with no words necessary,we did what we can do as woman which is shape shift and shed and shine and transform and hold and re awaken each other to remember.. We simply return. Next temple is limited to 12 sisters we will be travelling into the Goddess of love .. (sorry thought it was the priestess but the GODDESS of love was like Nah!!) she tells me She is needed to reawaken and to work with the Shadows of what is in the way of anything other than love towards self, god & others. She askswhere are you self betraying and where are you betraying others through jealousy competition & comparison . We don’t have time for this level of fear and armouring up anymore .. the Goddess of love is asking that we clear away this dross and come into a holy vow of love to all, especially self. It will be an overnight arriving Friday 28th June at 5pm with an opening ceremony and all day Saturday 29th . Space is limited,every temple has booked out so please book early .
