I used a stone that can polarize light to help me to polarize and refract the water for 2 people at the same time while each of them experiencing a unique session using Materia Medica from@this stone! In order to keep the answers to the health questions separate and not influenced by the other, I had them each answer silently by responding to each question on a sticky note that I took and later filled into each of their forms! **Trigger Warning** There is a series of photos that keep popping up on my Album Memories. They have popped up twice for me now in the last month and I immediately start to cry when I see them. If you are sensitive to seeing anything that has to do with critical illnesses/bodily disorders, please scroll on by. Photo ONE was taken in November of 2021. This is around the time where we thought Gabe was going to die. I had been mentally preparing to become a widow at the age of 26. I became desperate. THAT is when I started my Reiki training. The most amazing thing I have found with energy work, is the way we can use it to help manifest our new realities. I am so much more than just a Reiki Practitioner, I am a Guide. And have been since I was a child. I have always been able to see the world beyond, and while it’s terrifying sometimes it’s also so so magical. When I started performing Reiki on Gabe daily, I was also manifesting new realities for us. I was begging the universe for something, anything. Then I stopped begging and just let the love of the universe flow through me and into him. And just allowed magic to happen. December of 2021 I was offered a job at a Gastroenterology office. And by April of 2022, Gabe had started his new medication and was alive for the first time in years. The years to follow have had their trials and tribulations and I’m so happy to say that Gabe is now the healthiest he’s been since we started dating in 2013. It took so much work and patience, but that first photo was three years ago. The second photo was two weeks ago. And I am so so thankful. Happy Friday! I don’t know about you but the energy has been heavy today and this is the message that wanted to come through. Your peace, energy, and wellbeing is important. Now is the time to reflect and take inventory. How are my dynamics contributing to me? Who has been adding to my table? And who has never been inviting me to one? Actions and works need to align and it cannot be all give and no receive. Who is contributing more positively than negatively to your life and who do you need to start distancing and creating boundaries with? Not everyone is deserving of you and your time. Not everyone is deserving to hear your story. Check in with yourself. Are you over extending? When do you take your wellbeing and peace back from those who aren’t mindful of it? You’re important and you matter and you don’t need to sit at anyone’s table who thinks otherwise. Find your peace. Find your people. Find the things who contribute to it.
