Her answer was to explore childhood stuff even in more depth, but I had this felt sense that I need to dig even deeper. Beyond my personal history and even deeper than my parent's histories, I uncovered another layer - the ancestral burden. I began to explore ways to begin healing this. Hearing my mum's horror stories with dogs didn't help too. ๐ ๐ง๐น After I returned from Bhutan last year, something in me switched. I started feeling a growing love for dogs -- for their kind, pure & loving hearts -- despite the little they had. ๐ถ๐ปThey reminded me of childhood days -- where we lived simply and still had lots of fun, excitement and curiosity about life. ๐จ When Woobin first joined, he was terrified of almost everything, including me. It was a steep learning curve for me, as a first time pawrent & caregiver to a precious life. In 8 months, he taught me so much: โค๏ธ Loving him is a conscious choice that I commit to daily, which guides me through good & bad times. ๐งก He's not perfect, neither am I. I accept him for who he is, as much as he accepts me for who I am. ๐ His love for me is pure & unconditional. Even when I'm not at my best 24/7, he took it upon himself to be my bodyguard (even at my parents' place ๐คฃ), and loves & appreciates all that I can provide. ๐ค ๐ He's not "just a dog"; he's my family, loved one & companion. I said f*ck it, on Sunday, to a 3-day ceremony retreat. A last-minute opportunity had arisen to join. I felt the call. I also felt the part of me that would be relieved if the opportunity was no longer available. Yup, I was scared of saying yes. Time to lean in, show up & say F*ck it, Iโm in. Thatโs the moment when the magic started. The dreams came first - of driving to the retreat & being at the retreat. They revealed what I needed to know about stepping into this space. Defined centers are often talked about as your natural gifts and talents because this is energy that you consistently have access to. Another way to look at your defined centers is that they are fixed energy. This can limit the range of energy that is experienced in that center. This is why our undefined centers contain so much potential for wisdom because they can experience the full spectrum of what that center has to offer. I started to experiment with thinking about my defined centers as places that have potential blind spots. These blind spots come from the fixed energy that is set in the way that it shows up. We can often be unaware of how our defined centers impact others. Because the energy of our defined centers comes so naturally to us, we can fail to see and understand how it shows up for someone who has that center undefined or how they receive our defined energy. Seeing that my defined centers can be gifts but also potential blind spots has helped me to bring more awareness to how I am using my defined energy and the impact it can have on others. Both defined and undefined centers can manifest at a lower or higher frequency. Do these blind spots resonate with you? Which ones have you witnessed in your experiment?

I fainted a few years ago and it was my first lived experience of knowing that I was not my body. Let me take you back to that day, I was at a hotel pool with some friends having a lovely weekend. At one point, I began to feel nauseous so I walked to the bathroom just in case. Nothing happened so I began to walk back to the day beds, and in the open air hallway, I felt dizzy. Thatโs when my limbs started to give way. I distinctly remember the feeling of having no control over my body. I could see it beginning to collapseโmy head hitting a wall and then my entire body falling on a wicker chair before hitting the ground. I laid there lifeless and I lost "consciousness" but I could "see" everything. I saw a woman walking towards me panicked as I was motionless on the ground. I saw her turn me over on my back and begin to wake me up, she told me to raise my legs. And then I returned to full consciousness in my body. In the moment, I was confused and, apparently, I was bleeding from the fall (I had to get a few stitches that day), but later as I reflected on the experience I realized that "I" was separate from my body. That I had consciousness separate from my senses. Looking back, I realize that this experience was the beginning of an awakening for me. One that took course over the span of several months. Itโs funny because realizing that I was not my body, ended up helping me treat my body better. The body is a vehicle for your sacred work in this world. You came into a body for a reasonโto do, be or learn something that is unique to your soul. So many are disembodied (this is how the powers at be, want it) but to truly tap into our full potential to do what we came here to do, we have to use the full, glorious capacity of these vehicles we have been given. You are a Channel of Light The Record Keepers have stepped forward today to send a sense of delight, inspiration, and magic! They say, they wish you to know that you are surrounded by love always - their love, the love of your spiritual guides and angels, all the fairies and the Natural Kingdom, and of course, of God/Spirit/Source/The All That Is. They wish to offer you now a moment of sweet connection. Know that this comes out of a wellspring of joy that cannot be contained. Breathe in a bright, fluffy, sparkly diamond white light that fills you and surrounds you and lifts you up immediately. If you have been initiated into the Akashic Records, they say, please say the Prayer and open your Records now. Allow yourself to feel their love, light, and inspiration as you move into this expanded state of being. If you have not been initiated into the Akashic Records, know that you have an infinite and enduring connection to your own inner wisdom as well as the vast reaches of the Universe. Breathe in. Allow yourself now to be filled with this beautiful, sparkly diamond light. The Record Keepers also offer a ray of gold for those of you who are so inclined. Please breathe in again. Now take another slow breath in and be very conscious of this light as it goes into the top of your head. Feel it filling your brain completely. Feel the warm tingling sensation as it moves into every cell of your brain. Let it move down through your head, into your cheeks, your jaw, your chin, and then all the way down into your throat. Let this light linger in your throat for a moment, clearing and cleansing, opening and releasing anything that is present there. Let it then drop into your high heart, located just under the notch at the base of your throat. Again, breathe into this area, opening it up, filling it up. Then let it drop into your heart in the center of your chest. Breathing deeply into your chest, let this energy expand. (Continued in Comments)
