Throughout this Life's journey, I have travelled many dark roads that lead to despair, confusion, fear, shock, depression, grief, sorrow and the like. In the Light Worker's vocabulary, we call this the Dark Night of the Soul. On the Shamanic Path, we call it the Shamanic Death or the Ego Death. My astrology chart shows that my soul has signed up for this kind of experience so that I may come into my full mastery. I have come to innerstand that these experiences have actually been predestined by our Souls so that we may shed layers of false self; belief systems and paradigms; attachments and relationships that do not resonate with the True Self. I like to refer to Snake Medicine. The Snake, when she is expanding and growing, must shed the old skin. If she were to hold on to the old, she would suffocate and die. And that is what the Dark Night is like, no? It asks us to release what no longer resonates with our Soul and our ego freaks out, wanting to hold onto the familiar, fearing the unknown. This causes the pain, the deep suffering, the feeling like life is ending, because it is. The life we once knew. It served its purpose and now there are greater things on the horizon. Yet we can not reach those great heights and take on our new roles and mission until we fully release the old. It is in the releasing that we actually learn or, rather, reclaim, our mastery. The great pain and suffering catalyzes us to go deep within and seek out healing and self-realization. From the shedding of what is no longer, we come to know the power within. We remember the truth of who we are. We begin to realize our unique gifts that we came at this epic time to share with the world. We begin to see glimpses of our Self Mastery. Many are facing times like these as the time is NOW to realize our unique power, wisdom and gifts, so that we may fulfill our role in the Great Shift that is fated for this planet and our Collective Consciousness. This song has been the theme for me lately as I have been healing my inner teen. It’s about imposter syndrome, over coming fears and self doubt to fully step into a new/higher version of yourself. In all my years of service in 1:1 sessions, co-leading group calls, and even teaching English online, there is one piece that stands out to me as the heart of the pain, suffering, and life struggles that everyone experiences… Separation from the Divine, let alone separation from your own Divine heart, is truly a consciousness that is deeply embedded within. It expresses in so many ways, and creates so much anguish for parts of you, and for soul aspects in other lifetimes. With separation being such a mainstay in mainstream consciousness, it’s hard to get beyond it. We are truly raised by separation consciousness in our parents/caregivers, our authority figures, our politicians, and even pastoral figures like in a church setting, for example. We aren’t properly bridged back into the arms of the Divine and given the keys to our own empowerment in owning our own connection. As teenagers, there is even more suffering in that ground as the soul aches to experience familiar initiations, true invitations into adulthood and embodiment of Divine essence. Therefore, parts of us seek out these initiations in often harsh ways or ways that seem to expand us out for a time but then create more trauma on the come-down. Or, it all just gets buried somehow, sadly… and there are so many consequences that come from that, including but not limited to intense rounds of anxiety, depression, and parts of you feeling victimized by life and love. The whole C*vid narrative created more of this separation, discouraging the nourishment of social connections and deeming them ‘toxic’ because of the exchange of air and touch. Connection was soon spun as something to spurn and avoid… and if you weren’t avoiding it, you should be shunned and shamed. (Continued in comments) 👇🏼

For the longest time I was so immersed in my old identity that, like fish in the water, I didn’t even know I had one. When I talk about identity I mean different aspects out there in society that you identify yourself with. Unless you’re a buddhist monk, it’s likely you’ve created some identities, although even the monk by not having an identity it would turn into one… It’s very tricky to not have one. Here’s some examples you might see yourself as: a coach, a designer, a parent, an athlete, an entrepreneur, an artist, a psychic, a social advocate, an engineer, a gardener, a cheerleader, a dancer, a traveler, a teacher, a leader, an environmentalist, a tech person, a foodie, a volunteer, a good friend, a gym rat, a giver, a nice person, a party animal, an introvert, a snob, etc. You get the point. The thing is, we’re not any of those things. Those are things we do. When you attach yourself to an identity you start limiting yourself in the smallest ways. Today was just the most fabulous day I’ve had in a while. I started with a trip to Mwnt on my way to Cardigan to drink a take away coffee from the farm shop/deli en-route, as I drove down and walked along the coast path the dolphins put on a fab display and the sun came out, there wasn’t soul on the beach and it felt like it was just for me. Yesterday I heard I was accepted by a Uni onto a Masters Degree in Landscape Architecture online. This is literally something I’ve dreamed of for over 20 years but had written it off due to my life circumstances and lack of location freedom with my family commitments. Today just felt like a new dawn in my life, the new super moon energies are running really strong for me this week, and I feel a huge sense of relief, ease and softness for some reason, like everything I’ve done and strived for, all the struggles and battles I’ve had, all the compromises and winding paths I had to take have finally got me to the destination that I wanted, at last, and I can finally relax into what I’ve always felt I should be doing, despite trying to convince myself otherwise for years as I couldn’t find a way to get there. It’s like my spirit is finally feeling at peace. My mood and energy has shifted massively after a gorgeous yoga class at @beyouyoga.wales with the best instructor I’ve ever had Lou, she is one of those people with such an incredible aura and energy and a true passion for her work, you feel healed just being near her! I needed it so much after weeks of not going, or being able to do much at all and feeling energetically, spiritually, emotionally and physically depleted due to ill health and injury. I feel lighter in body and spirit after a bit of an emotional release afterwards, comforted by a delicious iced oat milk honey latte from @nookandnoblecafe (which if you’ve not yet visited, you really should!) Chakras are the key to everything. The traumas we go through throughout our lifetimes are all individually stored in each individual chakra depending on the trauma. Sexual abuse for example effects the sacral chakra as well as the heart causing energetic blocks within. This is what, overtime, causes our direct connection to source, intuition and spiritual connection to breakdown and why some children are more connected to the spiritual but can gradually lose it by adulthood, especially if any trauma has occurred. If you are a survivor of #RitualAbuse & #mindcontrol then your chakras will have been blocked by specific traumas as the people involved know exactly what to do and are part of the rituals themselves, since the abuse is spiritually connected. They even use astrology in your birth chart in order to achieve what they wish to do. We are used for our gifts as children, then if we are discarded when older or we have refused to join the #cult #illuminati we will be shutdown via our chakras and those traumas will continue to be enforced throughout adulthood.
