Using the moonlight as a guide, we move from the gross to subtle body, delving deep into a subconscious state where our innermost hopes, desires, and dreams dwell. How we navigate our path and the intentions governing it is uniquely intertwined with the moon’s cycles. Most growth occurs under the cover of darkness, in the soil, on a subconscious level, while we are asleep or not consciously aware. It is beneath the surface, by traveling inwards that we become aware of the seeds we’d like to plant in life and can begin to understand how to nourish them so they may flower. Each week we will honor the moon through chandra namaskar, pranayama, and a yoga nidra meditation. Guidance will be provided on how to align with the current lunar cycle. BYOM (bring your own yoga mat) as your personal yoga mat holds your energtic field.
