Stunning menu this week! Got the message from Twin Peaks that the first peaches were in, so we got right now that. Majka classic peach pie on the menu Friday. Peaches have been tested by our Chef (see picture above), and they are of excellent quality. Aromas a fruta roja intensa que recuerda a cerezas y frutillas, con notas leves de vainilla y regaliz provenientes de su crianza en madera. Vino equilibrado y sedoso, de gran frescura y fluidez, con una sensación de frutos rojos típicos de la variedad y leves notas de chocolate y coco, provenientes de su contacto con el roble. Broncone 2001 / ブロンコーネ 2001 Toscana / トスカーナ La Fucina di Leonardo / ラ フッチーナ ディ レオナルド Sangiovese / サンジョヴェーゼ 100% なんと幻のイタリアワイン「ブロンコーネ」に出会えた！しかも味わえるなんて感動です。有難うございます！ ダヴィンチが残した醸造法で造られたというワインで普通には入手困難なレア物です。 飲んだの感想は、色はガーネットからややフェードしたルビーレッド。 香りはバルサミコ、チェリーやベリーのジャム、オリーブ、ルバーブ、カルダモン、サクランボなどの香り。 味の骨格はしっかりとしていて果実味と優しく伸びる酸、ほんの少し角の有るタンニンでまさしくサンジョヴェーゼの表情豊かな味わいでした。 ワインについて： イタリアの非営利団体「La Fucina di Leonardo」（レオナルドの創造）によって造られたワイン。「ブロンコーネ」の名前は「ブドウ樹の剪定」訳で「再生」を意味している。エチケットにはレオナルドダヴィンチのデッサンが用いられている。 ５００年も前の歴史的な醸造方法の検証調査と実際に醸造するための監修は、サッシカイア、ティニャネロ、ソライアを生んだジャコモ・ タスキ博士が担当したことで注目されている、生産量が少なく現存するのは、2000年、2001年、2003年に造られた、計6000本だけと市場にはほとんど流通していないという希少なワイン。 奥野 #wine #ワイン #melograno #メログラーノ #Italian #イタリアン
