She has graduated from specialized wine courses and regularly attends numerous exhibitions and master classes. Tzveta monitors both Bulgarian and foreign editions of wine-based themes and judges various wine competitions and periodicals. 𝐕𝐨𝐢 𝐬𝐢𝐞𝐭𝐞 𝐦𝐚𝐭𝐭𝐢! Questa è una delle risposte che ci sentiamo dire più spesso. "𝐌𝐚 𝐜𝐡𝐢 𝐯𝐞 𝐥𝐨 𝐟𝐚 𝐟𝐚𝐫𝐞"! Quando raccontiamo che per i nostri filari non usiamo diserbanti ma passiamo a mano il concime naturale, altri vignaioli ci danno dei matti. Perché ci impieghiamo il doppio del tempo. Perché a seconda del vento non possiamo posare il concime altrimenti volerebbe e questo ci obbliga a ripassare in un secondo momento. Perché il concime naturale costa. Sarebbe più semplice una bella macchina che passi lungo i filari per spargere diserbante, è vero. Meno tempo, meno costi. Ma non fa parte della nostra "Filosofia di Vite". Non rientra nel nostro metodo 𝐋𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐚 𝐕𝐞𝐧𝐝𝐞𝐦𝐦𝐢𝐚®. Preferiamo rispettare il ciclo naturale della pianta senza alterarlo con sostanze chimiche. Diamo alla Natura il compito di istruirci. Noi ci limitiamo a rispettare le sue regole, perché sono le migliori, perché sono quelle che esistono da sempre. Ecco perché quando stappiamo una nostra bottiglia, possiamo dire per davvero... 𝐀𝐥𝐥𝐚 𝐒𝐚𝐥𝐮𝐭𝐞! -------------------------------- 𝐕𝐨𝐢 𝐬𝐢𝐞𝐭𝐞 𝐦𝐚𝐭𝐭𝐢! This is one of the answers we hear most often. "𝐌𝐚 𝐜𝐡𝐢 𝐯𝐞 𝐥𝐨 𝐟𝐚 𝐟𝐚𝐫𝐞"! When we say that to nourish our rows we don't use herbicides but hand-apply natural fertilizer, other winemakers call us crazy. Because it takes us twice as long. Because depending on the wind we cannot lay the fertilizer otherwise it would fly and this forces us to come back later. Because natural fertilizer costs money. It would be simpler to have a nice machine that passes along the rows to spread herbicide, it's true. Less time, less costs. But it is not part of our "Philosophy of Lives". It is not part of our 𝐋𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐚 𝐕𝐞𝐧𝐝𝐞𝐦𝐦𝐢𝐚® method. We prefer to respect the natural cycle of the plant without altering it with chemicals. Let's give Nature the task of teaching us. We limit ourselves to respecting its rules because they are the best, because they are the ones that have always existed.
