This led him to stop delivering his grapes to the cooperative and to create his domaine instead. He made the switch to convert his domaine to biodynamic agriculture. A cheeky Grenache from the crew @darenbergwine using grapes from McLaren Vale in South Australia. The vintage of this one was 2012 with an amazing colour that looked as it would have on release I thought. Aromas of dark cherries, one and a half plums, varied spices and comfort! Tasting was a luxurious ride of cherries and plums, little gamey vibe with solid dryish spice base that was supported by big tannins and present acidity. This drank incredibly well and was quite the delicious time I do declare!! Paired well with a glass, some red meat and music by a guy known as Seasick Steve 🍷

Qui, dove i ripidi pendii costieri sembrano tuffarsi nel mare, nasce "Costa de sera" delle Cantine Litàn @litanvino5t. Figlio di fatica e amore, di sacrificio e tenacia. Blend dei vitigni autoctoni Bosco, Albarola e Vermentino, "Costa de Sera" prende il nome dalla sottozona della Doc Cinque Terre che coincide proprio con il Comune di Riomaggiore.
