Elle l’a bien mérité… son soutien sans failles lui a permis d’accomplir son rêve de créer ses propres vins. Cette cuvée provient du plus beau coteau du domaine @louisdemoerloose (MAS DE BAGNOLS) Une belle pente, un sol très caillouteux qui permet un bon drainage et une orientation plein sud. La vendange s’effectue manuellement et les raisins sont transportés jusqu’au chai pour y être soigneusement vinifiés. Les Syrah et Grenache sont élevés séparément dans des tonneaux récents. L’assemblage final n’a lieu qu’après un an. Ce vin est très représentatif de l’appellation Côtes du Vivarais. Una zona d’Italia dove non sono mai stato è la Riviera di Ponente in Liguria: per me da Genova in poi andando verso ovest è un terreno inesplorato, più della zona contaminata in cui si addentra Lucy in Fallout (se non l’avete visto, male!) 🌋 Ed in questa zona troviamo, tra gli altri , il Pigato! Una varietà di uva bianca il cui nome sembra derivi dal dialetto ligure "picare", che significa "macchiato" o "punzecchiato", probabilmente in riferimento alle macchie scure che si formano sulla buccia dell'uva matura. In passato era confuso col Vermentino, ma poi si è scoperto essere un vitigno diverso.↔️ Oggi in assaggio una tra le tante versioni di @brunapigato, una cantina che fa del Pigato una vera bandiera. “Majè”, proveniente da territori calcarei e ricchi di fossili. Un giallo paglierino quasi verdolino, con sentori di bergamotto, cedro, pesca bianca, e una spiccata aromaticità che ricorda la macchia mediterranea. Freschezza unità a grande sapidità, molto fine e delicato. Io l’ho bevuto a tutto pasto col pesce: bersaglio colpito! 🎯 #pigato #liguria
