Meant to be the grand cru classes for growers that did not have the marketing might of the grand champagne houses. Den har en let tutti-frutti karakter, men på en behagelig og velafbalanceret måde, som man forventer af en klassisk Beaujolais. Desuden opfanger jeg nuancer af viskelæder, Nivea håndcreme (den blå), og en subtil parfumeret tone med hints af viol og rose. 👅 På tungen genkender jeg igen noter af hindbær og jordbær, selvom frugten har en lidt mørkere karakter på tungen i forhold til duften. Her vil jeg også fremhæve en note af blåbær. Tanninerne er milde, og syren er medium til lav, men med en let volatil karakter. Selvom vinen stadig har en let tutti-frutti-karakter på tungen, tilføjer noter af blodappelsin og friske, bælgede grønne ærter kompleksitet og gør vinen til en fornøjelse at drikke. 📊 Hvis man kan lide klassisk Beaujolais med et strejf af natur, som dog ikke forstyrrer billedet alt for meget, skal man prøve denne 100% Gamay fra Vin Noé.
