The song I sang was to balance the masculine and feminine energy and to hold the container of the space. This had me thinking on how this should be applied to conscious manifesting. Jupiter’s Day I would love to say that I can feel the expansion of this day, but I am still in the contraction part. Slowly cutting away to make more space for what is to come. My heart is heavy with our world which makes me feel guilty to create, engage, or even post - but I know the more I show up the more I can help myself and other shift. If you’re in the same space, I welcome you with open arms. I woke up this morning and took time with my routine to get it back on track. After I wrote down the things I had on my head and heart, I made my list of business things. I forgot how effective this can be for me. Success is the child of discipline. As I got finished with that I had a moment with the trees, the air, and even my local wildlife. I stretched the body and out came, “Thank you for this day. I will honor it the best I can.” I may be hurting and swirling through personal and global pain, but this is a reminder that I can still show up with the capacity I have in this moment. Newsflash: We're ALL just winging it. Yes, even the ones you think have all their shit figured out and their ducks in a row. Truth is, nobody's really got it all figured out. Especially striking is how many incredibly accomplished women wade through the murky waters of imposter syndrome and yet, soar to astounding heights. Because they've learned not to allow imposter syndrome (which isn't actually a real thing, it's just the name we've given to a bunch of thoughts centred on self-doubt, self-criticism and comparison) to stop them from jumping in with both feet and finding their wings on the way down. The first time I was asked to give a workshop about 'mind, thought & wellbeing' to an 70-person department of the United Nations in Bangkok, the old "you're a fraud" narrative showed up LOUD. But I never let that stop me from doing anything that my soul (G)KNOWS it's here to do. Some people in the workshop loved it, some were indifferent & one said afterwards that it was "utter nonsense!" 😂 A few people signed up for 1-2-1 coaching programs with me. I actually didn't have a goal or attachment to any kind of outcome to the workshop, other than to be passionately engaged and totally present, with my attention OUT, not IN. When attention is turned IN towards the angsty ego, we tend to drown in self-referential thinking and we lose touch with our genius. So I urge you to consider the possibility that your 'winging it' doesn’t stop you from making a phenomenal impact. It's never stopped me. The magic happens when we ditch the myth of needing to be 'fully cooked' to start making a difference. Your gifts? They’re ready NOW. And the world needs them. Sure, it may require some nervous system expansion training to be able to fully embrace the high-sensation thrill of not knowing exactly what needs to come next. Jeg tager min hånd hen til den og den kravler roligt op på min hånd. Jeg bære den ud sætter den på den blomst - den spiser lidt med sin snabel hvorefter den kravler op på min hånd, den flyver kun hen til stilken af den næste blomst, den kæmper lidt for at komme op, hvorefter den giver op. - den sommerfugl jeg troede jeg var må give slip overgive mig og turde lade mig falde endnu en gang, fordi det er tid til at en ny sommerfugl skal fødes. I’ve been spending time with this Spring energy. This part of the wheel where life bubbles back up from seeming death; where growth, expansion + becoming are brilliantly displayed everywhere we look in nature. The innate intelligence of Life. We are being impulsed by The All That Is in ways we’ve not experienced before. So it has been an amazing weekend with many of the best aspects of life. Starting Friday with no expectations, winning a trophy with my team, being blessed with lovely memories, new people, great talks and happiness. Then Saturday celebrating my youngest brothers confirmation. I'm proud of him and who he is, the curiosity towards life, his warm heart, his kindness and his humor. It was exciting meeting his friends and man talk about good people, being 14 and have found such great friends is fantastic! Everybody at that party had fun and I got to experience the most magic thing, being in the now and the presence/present.
