So happy to post my very first post on my trauma informed coaching profile. As it always is with first posts for businesses I'm pretty sure I'll get 2 likes so guess I can let 'er rip with out a second thought. Hello, I'm Colleen. I'm an ER nurse and I live in Long Beach, ca. I'm pretty weird or normal I guess- I love serial killers, early 2000's punk rock, the Dodgers, sunsets at the beach, full moon rituals with my best friend, hanging out with my dog and a good IPA. I'm also a trauma informed coach who has a passion for supporting individuals through their relational trauma healing journey. My journey to coaching is a tale as old as time- I came from a family with generational trauma (probably since forever), got the opportunity to break the cycle and earn my own recovery and now I'm in a position to help others as I've been helped along my journey. My idea with this account is to help educate people about what trauma informed coaching is and how it helps people lead more satisfying and more fulfilling lives.
