Еволюцията на човека... Вчера загледах един сравнително нов научно-популярен сериал по Netflix за историята на живота на Земята - как е възникнал и как е еволюирал, за да се превърне в това, което познаваме днес. И разбира се, по 100 различни начина стана ясно, че по-доброто адаптиране към средата, тоест приспособяването към опасностите и неудобствата, за да продължи животът, е тласкало развитието на формите на живот. Тоест, "проблемите" са източникът на еволюцията. И се замислих в какво ли предстои да еволюира човекът!? Спомних си думите на свами Сатянанда, че в еволюцията си, на човека няма да му поникнат повече крайници или да развие физически свръхспособности, а че еволюцията на човека ще е духовна. И някак за пръв път осмислих колко логично звучи това. Ами че ние нямаме никакви физически предизвикателства, за да развием така спекулираните в научната фантастика свръхспособности. Животните са ставали големи и силни, за да оцеляват. Какво застрашава нашето физическо оцеляване, след като работим, набавяме си храна и общуваме от дивана? Най-голямото предизвикателство на съвременния човек е вътрешното страдание, липсата на спокойствие на ума и емоциите, вечната тъга, депресия, самота, неудовлетвореност, обърканост и негативност. И за да оцелее пред това страдание, човек ще развие свръх способностите на сърцето си, ще развие своята емоционална, социална и духовна страна. Вие как си представяте еволюцията на човека?

Разом ми проходимо шлях усвідомлення декількох важливих речей: 1. Немає уніфікованих інструментів, які підійдуть всім. Важливо прислухатися до себе і обирати своє. 🫶 2. After 10 or so years of running workshops I finally remembered to get someone to take a photo of me presenting! So big thanks to Michelle today for this! Biggest things for me, that if we all did more of, we would reduce conflict, increase connection, promote psychological safety… 1. Notice and then share and check our meaning making/assumptions rather than taking the stories we tell outselves as fact… 2. Listen deeply. Listen to understand not correct, judge, share, advise etc just to understand. However much nonsense you deal with at work, you can take these communication skills on board to control what you can and generally feel better 🙌🏼🙌🏼🙌🏼 oh and, psychologically safe teams perform better too! ✅✅✅✅✅ #psychologicalsafety #communicationskills #honesty #enotionalintelligence #beinghuman

First of all - there is no such thing as a “toxic” emotion. When we think of toxicity or abuse we are referring to behaviours. Behaviour is something we always have the power to change! Your anxiety, shame, jealousy, anger, insecurity, envy, sadness, fear, guilt, rage, etc. are not the problem. They are all normal and natural. They are simply messengers. What can you do with these messengers? Can you communicate them directly rather than becoming passive aggressive, defensive, cruel, manipulative, or violent? Can you feel into them rather than push them down or numb out? Can you express them through creative means such as writing, singing, dancing, painting, drawing, etc? Can you embody them and find a safe, contained way to express & release them? We’ve all made mistakes with our emotions in the past. But once we know better we can do better. It’s not up to other people to regulate your emotions for you and it’s also not their fault that they triggered them (unless they are doing it intentionally of course - which is considered emotional abuse). When I was younger, I used to think I was overly sensitive (from what others told me) I often believed that my deep emotions were a weakness, a trait to be hidden away. I longed for a world filled with endless happiness and love, where everything was as perfect as a rainbow after a gentle rain 💫 But life had its lessons to teach. Someone once told me that life wasn't all rainbows and flowers, and the world seemed to echo that sentiment. I was called a crybaby, and those words stung. However, as I grew older and embarked on a path of healing, I started to see things differently. The trauma I carried, particularly the grief of losing my brother nearly seven years ago, led me on a journey of self-discovery. I found solace in holistic healing and became a massage therapist, learning to use alternative modalities to heal not just the body but also the soul. Through this path, I realized that my innate sensitivity, my emotional intelligence, was a profound gift. Being attuned to the emotions of others allowed me to connect on a deeper level, to understand and support them in ways that went beyond words. It became clear that my ability to feel deeply wasn't a weakness; it was a strength. Emotional intelligence enabled me to navigate the complex terrain of human emotions, helping not only myself but also those I cared for to heal and find solace. It allowed me to hold space for others, to empathize, and to guide them through their own journeys of healing. Today, I embrace my role as a master of emotional intelligence. I've learned that my sensitivity is a superpower, a guiding star in a world that sometimes forgets the importance of empathy and compassion. It's a reminder that being in touch with our emotions, and those of others, is a precious gift that can lead to profound healing and deep deep understanding. Day 3 The circle of parenting is complete when your child holds your hands. On this trip the one most treasured thing I learnt was not being a parent sometimes makes the relationship stronger. We sat on the beach hand in hand and I took advice from my child on various things and discussed some issues that I needed clarity on.To my astonishment,she gave me the perfect advice and gave me a perspective that I couldn’t even fathom. Hours went by and we had deep conversations. Suddenly,my eyes fell on our hands and I realised,she was holding my hand like I used to hold her’s. I was overwhelmed and felt blessed to witness such a moment. I will always hold her hand but this one time that she was holding mine was absolutely priceless. Parenting is not being a parent always. Parenting is also not being a parent at times.

Ich habe eine außergewöhnliche Leidenschaft dafür, das Leben in vollen Zügen zu genießen und andere dazu zu ermutigen, dasselbe zu tun. It’s crazy how we can go around the world to “find ourselves” yet never meet ourselves if we’ve never once looked within and asked, “What parts of me are still hurting?” Sometimes, instead of facing emotional pain, we try to escape it. (Traveling around the world is maybe one of the more healthy - and privileged - coping strategies. But there are many other ways avoidance shows up: addiction, depression, workaholic-ism/hustle culture…) Sometimes we may not even realize there’s pain to be faced. Not until we’re on the other side of the world, feeling isolated, a bit numb, and thoroughly emotionally stuck (speaking from experience now 🙋🏻‍♀️🫠). If we never face the pain, then we’re just kinda stuck.. in the pain. And it can be confusing to sort it all out on our own, which is why talking to a professional can be so helpful. 🙏🏻 When was the last time you explored something that was still emotionally holding you back, still unresolved? I often tell my clients to get used to the feelings of rejection. To be fully aware and ready to heal any wounds that are associated with the rejection wound. If you master this, you’ll be able to navigate through your experiences without the constant need of validation from others or the need for their acceptance. You will not have the time to focus on what others say about you, their judgments or disapprovals because you are slowly focused on how you feel and how you are defining your life. Think about how often you have headed toward the individuals who reject you and how often you have tried to prove yourself to them. Some would say that’s a motivator, I say that’s a waste of your time. You’re enough and it’s time you owned that fully. Those who are rejecting you are threatened by your presence and grace. It’s in the moments when everything seems in chaos and disharmony your Trust is tested the most…⁣ ⁣ These are the moments when you have an opportunity to face and feel your greatest fears and doubts to get closer to the full embodiment of trust.⁣ ⁣ And it’s not always easy!⁣ ⁣ When you are facing a difficult financial situation to stay committed to your chosen path and trust that you will be fully supported.⁣ ⁣ When you are called to step into greater service and share the messages you are terrified will be judged or disapproved.⁣ ⁣ When you feel it’s time to end a relationship that no longer serves either of you and trust it’s the best thing to do even if love is still present.⁣ ⁣ In those moments, it might be much easier to bypass the discomfort of feeling your scariest fears (that are coming onto the surface) and choose something you always have been choosing or react in a habitual way. ⁣ ⁣ But every time you do so, you miss an opportunity to stabilize in a greater frequency of trust and up-level your reality. ⁣ ⁣ Life will ask you again and again - to visit your scariest fears & the darkest corners of your subconscious so that you can feel through them and expand into something greater you currently believe yourself to be.⁣ 🔥🔥🔥 ⁣ Your fears have power over you only because you resist feeling them.⁣ ⁣ Allow life to open you beyond what you believe is possible.⁣ ⁣ There is always expansion into greater aliveness, fullness, abundance, and love on the other side!⁣ ⁣ There is always liberation on the other side!⁣ ❤️

Many many of us haven’t been taught how to process our “negative” emotions. In fact we’ve grown accustomed to either suppressing them or expecting to be consoled and comforted by others. Mental Health Day 🧠 10th Oct 22 🧘‍♀️ Today is a mental health day. What does mental health mean to you? I often see it associated with anything that happens on your head but for me mental health is a lot more than that. It is also how you feel in your body. When I am at my worst I feel disconnected from my body and from others around me. As everything around me becomes far too intense to process and I detach myself from my body and the space around me. I decided that it’s not enough to push through and hope everything will pass but I started asking for help. 🗣️ Let’s talk about mental health today, tomorrow and everyday because taking care of yourself is important not just for you but specially for the people that matter to you. #mentalhealthawareness #psycology #emotions #enotionalintelligence
