Happy Mindful Monday! In her own mindfulness practice, Tracy found inspiration to adopt a furry companionโ€”her beloved dogโ€”who has become her loyal companion on lovely long walks in nature. This deeper connection to the outdoors led Tracy to discover a newfound love for camping and exploring various areas of the UK that she had not previously visited. In fact, Tracy's most recent adventure took her on a hike up one of the three highest peaks in Wales.
