Fajitas 🌯 An all time favourite of mine 😋 anything that's quick and easy is always a winner, and makes up about 99% of my weekly menu! Halloumi & Tomato Pasta 🥰 Oh my god, so I found a tiktok but of course I had to switch it up to things I have in the fridge! It was so nice but I think next time I would add in chicken aswell as halloumi, not enough protein for me but it was still very nice! I always do it per person because then you can make however many portions you want. Ingredients: (per person) 50g Halloumi (or I use grilling cheese bc halloumi is expensive and it’s the same thing) 1 red onion 5g garlic puree I just sprinkle these in but black pepper,mixed herbs & salt. 100g Passata 30g light soft cheese 150g rigatoni pasta (I used 75g dry weight pasta) But if I was to put chicken in it I would use 100g rigatoni pasta (50g dry weight) 3 cherry tomatoes Method: 1. Fry the halloumi and onions in a frying pan until the halloumi is crispy & whilst your doing that pop the pasta on aswell. 2. Take half the halloumi out and pop it to the side for now. 3. Then add in the cherry tomatoes with garlic puree, salt, pepper, mixed herbs. 4. Then after you’ve mixed that all through add in the Passata with a couple of ladles of pasta water and mix that through. 5. Add in your cream cheese and stir through. 6. Then after that’s mixed add in the cooked pasta and it’s all done! 7. Then pop your halloumi from earlier on top 😍 Quick, easy and low calories! Cinnamon and Papaya Detox Drink The following simple detox drink is rich with plenty of vitamins, nutrients, and minerals, and will flush fatty and toxic accumulations of the colon. In addition, it is really delicious and entirely natural, its main ingredients being oats and papaya.
