The pic on the left is from 7 years ago. I wasnโt quite at my highest weight then, but I was definitely obese and unhealthy. The pic on the right is from yesterday. Iโve slowly lost a few more pounds over the last few months. Iโm now at a grand total of *drum roll* 128 pounds gone for good. Iโve also been going to therapy for the past year plus, and itโs helped to open up thingsโฆthings that Iโve buried, forgotten about, or ignored. And Iโm good with that.
