Creamy Tuscan Garlic Chicken 🐓 (Coach Recommendation ⭐️) Ingredients: 📝 1 1/2 lbs boneless skinless chicken breasts, thinly sliced 1 T olive oil 1 C low-fat plain Greek yogurt 1/2 C Chicken Broth 1/2 tsp garlic powder 1/2 tsp Italian seasoning 1/4 C parmesan cheese 1 C spinach, chopped 3-6 slices sun-dried tomatoes 1 T diced garlic or 2-3 cloves Directions: 📝 In a large skillet add olive oil and cook the chicken on medium-high heat for 3-5 minutes on each side or until brown on each side and cooked until no longer pink in center. Remove chicken and set aside on a plate. Add the yogurt, chicken broth, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, and parmesan cheese. Whisk over medium-high heat until it starts to thicken. Add the spinach and sun-dried tomatoes and let it simmer until the spinach starts to wilt. Add the chicken back to the pan and serve over zucchini noodles if desired. Hi my friends...throw out the bottle of teriyaki sauce in your fridge....this is going to blow your socks off. · Teriyaki Chicken + Veggie Skillet 🌱🥕 Ingredients: 2 lbs. chicken breast, chopped into bite sized pieces 2 Tbsp avocado oil, or olive oil, divided 1 large head of broccoli, chopped into bite sized florets 2 fresh garlic cloves, minced 6 medium carrots, cut into bite sized pieces 2 Tbsps sesame seeds for garnish For the homemade Teriyaki sauce: 2 Tbsp fresh ginger, grated 1/3 cup coconut aminos, or Braggs liquid aminos, or low sodium soy sauce 1 fresh garlic clove, minced 1 Tbsp gluten free flour 2 Tbsp honey Instructions: In a small glass bowl whisk all the teriyaki sauce ingredients. Heat 1 Tbsp oil in a large skillet, over medium high heat. Add the chicken and cook stirring until cooked through and golden brown, Set aside. In the same pan add in the remaining oil and veggies. Cook stirring occasionally until tender. Add the garlic and cook for another minute. Return the chicken to the pan and add in the teriyaki sauce. Cook for and additional 1-2 minutes until done. Sprinkle with remaining sesame seeds and enjoy. Gur Protocol Approved!!!

Celebrating my wins today! Got up and worked out with my friend Ashley! We got a great workout in and lots of sweat ! What made it even better was that we could laugh and smile together and push each other to keep going when it got hard . That workout finished out my journey to hit HOF on my my zone!!!!!!! Which is huge! It’s an intangible award!!!! It’s 48 months straight of hitting my meds every month , one way another … through 2 full term pregnancies and postpartum recoveries ! That’s showing up on days I didn’t want to… going for a run to make sure I get my meps in! It’s lots of consistency and dedication ! It’s a feeling I can’t even describe. I just feel so much relief to finally get there and I feel so much pride . I can literally look back and reflect on all the work it took to get here. This is one of those self gratifying moments! I won't attach the lead without engagement so we played this little game without me directing any more than a sit. She finally settled enough to go and sit in her crate and then look me in the eyes. If you have to tell people your dog is a good dog, more than you tell your dog they're a good dog then something is out of balance. The reality is they're all good dogs. They can be total turds at times but that's part of the charm. A lot of our focus goes more into how people will perceive our animals and when that happens we lose sight of what's important. I've seen people make mistakes as a result that gets their animals hurt or someone gets hurt all because they tell someone their dog's good without bothering to consider where the animal is at. #leadbyexample #doghandlerlife
