Den 139 Jsem se nominovala na Spartan Race konanej na Masarykově okruhu, viď. Ježkovo voko, jak já to tam mám ráda. 🏍️♥️ Člověk by řekl, kde tam vezmou kopce na ten závod. I vezmou, vezmou... nechaj tě běhat po tribunách jak trotla nahoru a dolů. A jelikož všichni, kdo jsou při závodech na tribunách chtěj vidět, jsou tyto docela strmý. To vím. Svůj zadek jsem do tribuny C, otlačovala na Grand Prix Čr celkem 11x. Hele, nebudem si nic, nejsem žádnej trhač povrchu, závodníky ženu spíš tak jako všechny před sebou a trousím nadávky, možná i vtipy... Kupříkladu zatímco já se tam lopotila půl druhý hodiny, vítězka by to stačila vzít dokola ještě jednou a stihla ještě kus ze třetího kola. Vítěz by to třikrát fakt stihl. 😂 Přestože jsem v jednu chvíli byla přesvědčená, že tam vypustim duši a v druhý si řekla, že se na to můžu krajc vajc, si tam kecnu s 18 kilovým pytlem písku pod ostnatej drát a budu čučet na závody motorek... Dorazila jsem do cíle. A to se počítá! Jo! A trefila jsem oštěp. 🏹💪 Jdu spát a zítra se nezvednout z postele. Längste Wanderung 2024 bisher. Megacoole 19 km und 1334 m bergauf von der Wimbachbrücke bei Ramsau in BGL über die Kührointalm auf die Archenkanzel, weiter hinauf zum Watzmannhaus auf 1930 m NN und über die Mitterkaseralm wieder zurück zur Wimbachbrücke. Nettogehzeit 5 h und 10 min. Gesamtgehzeit mit Pausen 6 h 20 min. Teil 1: Von der Wimbachbrücke zur Kührointalm war mehr ein gemütlicher Spaziergang auf einer Forstautobahn. Teil 2: Abstecher zur Archenkanzel. Ein Mega-Panoramablick über den Königssee hinüber ins Steinerne Meer. Teil 3: Von der Kührointalm zur Falzalm. Der Falzalmsteig ist ein traumhafter Panoramasingletrail mit Wurzeln und Steinen und schönen Tiefblicken. Am Ende wartete ein intensiver Kletterabschnitt mit Schwierigkeitsgrad I+. Angenehm war hier die Ruhe. Der Steig ist vermutlich wegen der Kletterei nicht besonders frequentiert. Teil 4: Von der Falzalm zum Watzmannhaus. Dieser Abschnitt ist Teil des Hautptweges über die Mitterkaseralm. Entsprechend hoch war auch das Verkehrsaufkommen. Teil 5: Den Teil 5 vom Watzmannhaus auf das Hocheck habe ich auf Empfehlung der Wirtsleute wegen der Altschneefelder ausgelassen. Das hole ich später nach. Teil 6: Wieder hinunter über die Mitterkaseralm. Anfänglich ein schöner Bergwanderweg, der ab der Stubenalm in einen grauenhaft steilen Forstweg mündete. Bergab brannten dann die Oberschenkel doch ein wenig. Meteo partito incerto, dato che il giorno prima aveva piovuto parecchio, poi fortunatamente si è aggiustato decisamente in meglio… e meno male direi, visto che c’era anche da fare il bagno e nuotare nel bellissimo lago di Bled. Quindi pronti via e si parte con coscienza senza esagerare, anche perché avevo già sulle gambe una gara Ocr della domenica precedente e quella successiva avrò la seconda della series Italiana a Cesenatico. Quindi dovevo dosare le forze. Gestisco al meglio e mi sento bene. Nessun errore agli ostacoli fino agli ultimi due che sbaglio e pago con dei penalty che mi danno il colpo di grazia 😅 ma felice perché concludo la gara secondo a pochissimo dal terzo @marziob74 che tra l’altro è il mio amico e compagno di team @nofearranchocr al suo primo podio 🥳💪🏻anzi anche più contento per lui che per me. Un applauso per la determinazione e forza dimostrata dall’altro mio compagno di team @santinospadaro_pt che oggi per una sfortunata vicissitudine accadutagli ieri, non era in condizioni fisiche per affrontarla al meglio. Spartan Sprint Brno za mnou. První závod jako máma. Moc vděčná, že můžu. Že jsem to natrénovala a dostala se zpět do kondice a že mám muže, co mě v tom podpořil a umožnil mi to. Vlastně mi to připadalo i jednodušší, než jsem čekala. Trochu mi tam asi chyběly angličáky. 😃 Bavilo mě to moc, celý závod jsem si užila. Úplně nejvíc šťastná jsem byla, že jsem zvládla dvoje ručkování, když se mi to nikdy dřív nepovedlo. Že jsem přelezla A cargo, i když jsem se se svým strachem z výšek v půlce zasekla. Že jsem všechny přelézací překážky zvládla bez pomoci. Že jsem zjistila, že ještě pořád umím šplhat. Že ty silovější překážky mi přišly nějaké lehké. A v cíli jsem pochopila, že tímto to nekončí. Že nestačí, že jsem si jednou dokázala, že se zvládnu vrátit, ale závodit ještě někdy znovu. Asi to nebude už letos, určitě už nebudu závodit tak moc, jako dřív, ale naposled to dneska nebylo.
