I don’t have the accurate tracking on my watch because I started a new workout by accident 1.88 miles in 🤦♀️but I finished in 1hr and 39 minutes! I did 5min intervals even pushed myself to run one spurt 10min straight! Heather and Logan have surprised me numerous times with priceless Mother's Day gifts! In 2015 Heather wrote a poem, "Our Love is..." Logan met with her, weekly, to give his input on each of the 17 verses. To add to the gift, Logan painted me a poppy. They mounted the writings and the painting and had it professionally framed. ❤ I was delighted and amazed! “The previous company I worked for was a large corporation that was known for its strict hierarchical structure. The company culture there was quite stifling. I felt like I didn’t have much room to be creative or innovative in my work, and I often found myself feeling micromanaged. After a few months at this company, I decided to make a change and accepted a job at Froiden. Within a few days, I felt like Froiden had a very different company culture than the large corporation, I had previously worked for. Froiden had a very flat, more informal structure that encouraged collaboration and communication between employees at all levels. I felt much happier at Froiden.
