This picture was taken almost exactly 2 years ago! At the time I didn’t think I was lean enough. I wanted to be thinner and have a more muscular look. I was training hard 5 days a week. Cardio on top of that. Steps on top of that too But I was also taking my health for granted When things are going well you don’t realise how debilitating a small set back can be Especially if that set back snowballs and a year later you have are having to start from scratch and try not to break yourself In the last 2 years I’ve Bought a house Moved out of the old house into storage and an air bnb for 3 weeks Moved out of storage in a day Decorated the new house nearly top to bottom Had 2(!!!!) cancer scares Found out I had fibroids Diagnosed with Adenomyosis Just had a huge adeno flare A recurrent back problem that is only just now starting to be rehabilitated Gained a stone And been building my business My point is – when you are fit strong and healthy it’s easy to take it for granted You feel that you will always be like that so there is no real reason to maximise your sleep, stress management, energy management etc What’s the point when you feel good But what happens when things start to fall apart? You have no idea how to look after those things that need protecting as you weren’t protecting them when the going was good Your health is your greatest wealth You need to do everything you can to look after it not just when the times are good but also when the going gets tough I future proof myself now by having my own coach Someone who has my back and guides me to hold myself to a higher standard when the good times are here but also when the going gets tougher! Tamare is DOWN 20lbs WITHOUT tracking her foods or following a strict meal plan🤯 Tamara spent years struggling with there health and fitness journey and she was ready for a REAL lifestyle change! ❌ She works very long hours, she has 2 kids, and she’s a full time mom & wife. ❌ She was struggling to stay consistent with her health and fitness After joining our program we focused on getting Tamara to be the best and healthiest version of herself! She wanted simplicity on this journey so we made sure that nothing was complicated! She drinks 3L of water a day & hits her daily step count of 10k. We worked on moderation with her meals!
