Protein smoothie 🍇🍌🥤 I get regularly asked about healthy snacks, meal replacements! Great for a meal on the go instead of skipping a meal e.g my client is a piano teacher and wasn’t able to have dinner until very late at night then would go straight to bed, I advised a protein smoothie whilst teaching then a very light dinner if needed once home 😀 Post gym I was very hungry and always advice get protein in your system within 20 minutes of a workout so I made the following: * 1 heaped scoop of my protein chocolate pea protein powder - approx 25g protein * 2 spoons linseed mix - approx 2g protein and fibre * I had blueberry’s, red grapes and some raspberry’s available - not measured but should if tracking * 1 medium banana * Normally I would add kale or spinach but didn’t have any available. * Half oat milk , half water - up to the maximum line * BLEND and POUR over ice 🧊 💕😊 enjoy #protein #healthyfood #snack #mealreplacement #thisiswhatieat
