The process is slow, but it's a start. I usually like to make myself tea over coffee for first thing in the morning. I find it's easier on my stomach. Since the sun is rising earlier now, I open all my windows, then step out onto my patio to enjoy the fresh morning air. It's still chilly right now, so I'm definitely bundled in a sweat with my hot mug hugged to my chest. Starting the morning slow this way helps me ease into the day. Instead of running around frantic I can walk around, light a candle, and get ready at a better pace. Sometimes I will read, or even knit before getting dressed for the day.
