Czekając na lato! 🌿 Czytaj do końca. Tak, tak. To jednoosobowy namiot, ⛺ a nas jest dwójka. Mimo to było ciepło! 😉 Wszystkie rzeczy zostały na zewnątrz. 🙃 Za nami widzisz pasmo tajemniczej Chryszczatej. To zdjęcie przypomina mi jedną z podróży z Anią, podczas której zbierałem zdjęcia do Dzikich Bieszczadów. Wiele z nich znajdziesz w tej książce. 💚 Samą Anię również. 💞 Teraz najlepsze! Z namiotem i plecakiem. Poczytasz o nich więcej na mojej stronie. This week in Leave No Trace education is the 7th and final principle, "Be Considerate of Others". . One of the most important components of outdoor ethics is to maintain courtesy toward others. It helps everyone enjoy their outdoor experience. Excessive noise, uncontrolled pets, and damaged surroundings detract from the natural appeal of the outdoors. Being considerate of others ensures everyone can enjoy nature no matter how they interact with it. . The Basics: + Respect others and protect the quality of their experience. + Be courteous. Yield to other users on the trail. + Greet riders and ask which side of the trail to move to when encountering pack stock. + Take breaks and camp away from trails and others. + Let nature’s sounds prevail. Avoid loud voices and noises. . Read more about this principle of Leave No Trace at the link in our bio. . #tecnu #leavenotrace #livelifegetoutdoors #outdoormore #wildlife

Green spaces reflect a commitment to sustainability and environmental consciousness, which can positively influence the perception of a business. Incorporating greenery into commercial spaces aligns with eco-friendly values and can help to enhance the brand image and reputation of a company.

4/17/2024, 2:09:23 PM

This week in Leave No Trace education is the sixth principle, "Respect Wildlife". . Whenever you are in an outdoor space, you are in the natural habitat of many wild animals and should work to minimize your impact on them. Human impacts on wildlife can result in negative human-wildlife interactions, aggressive animals, a decline in the ecosystem’s health, and relocated or euthanized animals. All these impacts can be avoided if visitors respect wildlife on all outdoor trips. . The Basics: + Observe wildlife from a distance. Do not follow or approach them. + Never feed animals. Feeding wildlife damages their health, alters natural behaviors, and exposes them to predators and other dangers. + Control pets at all times, or leave them at home. + Avoid wildlife during sensitive times: mating, nesting, raising young, or winter. . This week in Leave No Trace education is the fifth principle, "Minimize Campfire Impacts". . In short, campfire building is also an essential skill for every camper. Yet, the natural appearance of many areas has been degraded by the overuse of fires and increasing demand for firewood. Moreover, wildfires continue to threaten outdoor spaces and are primarily caused by humans. We can minimize campfire impacts by keeping a few key things in mind. . The Basics: + Campfires can cause lasting impacts on the environment. Use a lightweight stove for cooking and enjoy a candle lantern for light. + Use established fire rings, pans, or mound fires where fires are permitted. + Keep fires small. Use only sticks from the ground that can be broken by hand. + Burn all wood and coals to ash, put out campfires completely, then scatter cool ashes. . Read more about this principle of Leave No Trace at the link in our bio. . #tecnu #leavenotrace #livelifegetoutdoors #outdoormore #campfiresafety #campingsafety #outdoorsafety

Early spring. Sometimes spring wakens slowly here. The colors are muted but the light gets so much brighter this time of year. Here glistening burgundy and scarlets and other reds of bog plants distinguish it from the surrounding browns and yellows of open grass and oak Savana land on the moraine. ▪︎ Spring Hiking Tips ▪︎ Spring is making its way across Southern California. We love spring for so many reasons: rivers and waterfalls are at their fullest; crisp, fresh air; spring-green grass; wildflowers and California poppies; and a plethora of active wildlife to observe! So before you head out and enjoy the smells, colors, and sounds of srping, take note of these tips for hiking during this season: • Check the Weather • Spring weather can be unpredictable, so make sure to check the forecast before heading out. Be prepared for sudden changes in temperature and precipitation. • Dress in Layers • Wear breathable, moisture-wicking clothing that you can easily layer. This will allow you to adjust your clothing as temperatures fluctuate throughout the day. • Wear Proper Footwear• Choose sturdy, waterproof hiking boots with good traction to navigate muddy trails and wet terrain. • Bring Plenty of Water • Hydration is key, especially as temperatures rise. Carry enough water for the duration of your hike, and consider bringing a water filtration system if you'll be hiking for an extended period. • Watch for Wildlife • Spring is a time when many animals are active, so be aware of your surroundings and watch for signs of wildlife. Keep a safe distance and avoid feeding or approaching wild animals. • Be Prepared for Mud • Spring thaw and rain can create muddy and slippery conditions on trails. Use trekking poles for stability and consider wearing gaiters to keep mud out of your boots. • Pack Essentials • Bring a map, compass or GPS device, first aid kit, sun protection (such as sunscreen and sunglasses), insect repellent, and snacks to keep your energy levels up. • Pay attention to Water Levels • Spring means snow melt! Be careful of river and creek crossings. Do NOT cross if the current is too strong and the crossings are too deep! • Leave No Trace• Practice Leave No Trace principles by packing out all trash, staying on designated trails, and respecting wildlife and other hikers. Safety should always be your top priority! Remember that the mountains will always be there but you won't! Happy Trails 👣🌿

Ya'll jump to conclusions quicker than I do cause ya didn't read the whole post... 🤣 I am good... the end of my last post said how life was good, but I appreciate the love and concern though, it was a little cute 🙏 Yes adulting is demanding and overwhelming, but it also could feel enhightened cause I have been following my own lead more lately. I'm back to being out and about all the time, I'm trying new things, meeting new people, and just feeding my soul with absolutely every fuukcing thing that excites me. Which is why when I have to come back to the daily grind of responsibilities, struggles and dealing with people that lack common sense, initiative and communication I just want to pull my hair out and escape haha. Picture this. It’s July 2024… 🏔️ You made a commitment to yourself at the beginning of the year to start getting outside more…and you’ve actually stuck with it. It feels so good to acknowledge how consistent you’ve been! 🏔️ Your body feels strong and capable. You’re standing taller and prouder than you have in years. 🌊 You’re able to manage life’s stress much more easily, tapping into your body’s innate wisdom to calm your nervous system and find homeostasis. 🌊 Your friends and family have started commenting, “Wow, you’re so much more confident than you used to be. I’m impressed!” 💫 You believe in yourself, and you trust yourself to overcome whatever obstacles block your path. 💫 You know that you’re setting a positive example for other women and girls in your life, who see how you’ve grown and find your story so inspirational. 🩵 You look back on the woman you were in 2023 and you are so dang proud of yourself for the evolution you’ve experienced since then. 🩵 Frankly, you are amazed at what you’ve been able to accomplish—it’s more than you thought you were capable of. This confident, capable version of you is waiting to take form... Maybe you have some doubts. Those are normal. But with the right blend of support, guidance, and accountability, you can step into this dream and make it your reality. There are 3 more spaces in Back to Nature, my new holistic health coaching program. Let’s chart your path, and then let’s go. Link in bio or DM me to schedule up your free consult.

In the woods and out of the wind this afternoon getting some cross country skiing in before the ice comes. Intestinal problems have kept me from doing a whole lot the last several days so it was great to get out and do some proper physical activity. Sunny with a mix of mackerel clouds and deep blue sky. The temps went from 18F to 21FAnd continue to rise. Ice expected overnight. Met a lot of hikers in the woods today. Mostly polish speaking and walking small dogs. I also encountered two other skiers- one on the main trail and another in the woods. #crosscountryskiing #xcskiing #skiwithme #outdoormore #bussewoods #inthewoods #winterwonderland #january #letsski #skiday

What would it look like to get back to nature this year? What beauty might you behold? Cascading waterfalls, craggy peaks, magical forests? Imagine the pride and accomplishment of standing atop something you weren’t even sure you could make it to the top of. How amazing would that feel? Dang, if you could do that, what else might you be capable of? Imagine the easy confidence of being in a body that’s found its strength again and returned to its healthiest size and shape (because you lovingly guided it there). Imagine having clarity around your life and its purpose, and interweaving your goals naturally into your weekly and monthly routines. We can map this out together using a unique nature-based approach: Your 12-Month Trail Map to Health + Happiness. I just walked a new potential client through this process yesterday, and she was delighted by the positivity and flexibility built into the annual plan. I watched as the “should” and “have to” vibes lifted away from her to make room for a new “wow, that actually sounds delightful” energy. I’d love to guide you through the process too! Book a free call with me to explore this feel-good, science-backed approach to goal setting and creating meaningful, sustainable changes in your physical, mental, and emotional well-being. "The new year stands before us, like a chapter in a book, waiting to be written." – Melody Beattie. . What are you looking forward to most in 2024? . #tecnu #explore #outdoormore #livelifegetoutdoors #goals

1/2/2024, 12:28:08 AM

Happy New Year, 1 min read: . I’m writing this because a lot of people think my life is perfect by looking at my Instagram. I can assure you it’s not, and I’d like to share with you all a simple daily exercise in gratitude that encourages me to consistently radiate positivity. . As we enter a new year, most people have resolutions. Rather than (just) manifesting goals for yourselves, I urge you all to think about the successes you’ve had from the challenges you’ve overcome, how those might have turned into opportunities, and the choices that you’ve made to become a better person in 2023. . If you had a hard year, remember you’re still breathing and because of what you’ve experienced, you’re a better person because of it. Feel free to move on from the obstacles that might have turned down or devastated your goals, but hold on to the positive efforts you made to move past them. Remember that you are a human being - And the choices you made from the challenges you faced, define you as the person you have become today. . If the door closes, open a window. Buy the ticket, take the ride. Experience life. . That is what will make 2024 your year. Cheers, I love you all. . . . . #travel #travelphotography #travelblogger #nature #instatravel #wanderlust #traveltheworld #beautifuldestinations #nationalpark #nationalparks #usroadtrip #travelreel #travelreels #roamtheplanet #takeahike #outdoormore #beoutside #vacation #wonderfulplaces #adventure #adventureaddict #landscape #beach #love #beautiful #instatravel #photooftheday #exploremore #travelgram
