Whew… today was a day!! Thought I was bout to need EMT 🚑… Started my day off really good so I was excited to get to the gym. Got here and started working out, felt good, got into the 2nd workout and was outta breath outta breath having #COPD im kinda used to it, but usually effort exerting effort…. DUUH DUMMIE!!! you in da gym!!! Gotta remember to bring my inhaler and pace myself….. still a great workout, just had to slowdown and pace myself! Update: I definitely NEED to take my inhaler with me, but I think it was more so I’m JUST getting over a small flu like cold… I gets back to the crib and soon as I get out the car… 🤢 🤮 …. Day 7! First week is in the books 🥳 after getting home at 3am last night and getting a visit from mother nature, I honestly just wanted to sleep in as late as I could and sit on the couch all day. But, I did none of that lol. I woke up at 8:30 and made my morning Mother’s Day calls. I went back and forth on actually cleaning and doing laundry and I said “nah, not today.” I sat on the couch for a second and also said “nah, not today” and got up and started cleaning. Time went by and before I knew it we had eaten dinner and watched a movie and it was already 6pm 🫠 I told myself at 7pm I would go for my walk and I was dreading it, bad. I was tired and bloated and feeling all the feelings of “no thank you.” I got my butt up and changed real quick and left. Although my legs are sore and my feet are getting used to my new shoes, my walk felt really good tonight - lots of breeze and sunlight felt during this walk. A perfect way to end the first week. WE ALL RISE TOGETHER I had an experience on social media yesterday, one where a male saw me as an object. Old programme, the mask put on by some. Yet for us to rise, we MUST rise TOGETHER. We, as divine feminine leaders, take the lead, but still, it is TOGETHER we step forth. Inside us all flows, the divine feminine AND masculine. So we fight ourselves when we fight others Now, as we step up to this new experience As we claim our true power, we do by leading Speaking Sharing Understanding I took my son to his father's this morning, and as I drove, all the males who showed me kindness came forth. IT LED TO MY FATHER, and I remembered the last two weeks of his life as he dropped all masking, all. It was the greatest privilege to be with him as he leant into the softness that his passing offered him. I remember him telling me he loved me and meaning it, holding my hand. Looking at me with soft eyes. He had a terrible childhood, which meant many things weren't accessible to him as an adult He couldn't protect He couldn't speak up He couldn't show love Then, when mental illness hit, he ended up hating me and becoming the vent for all that hate took its toll. I literally cut off any emotion around him, I protected my mum. I became so strong that nothing could get through. Being daily around this energy brought out the warrior in me, I guarded up. Then, when he started to die, all that hate went, and my warrior became the voice for him. I protected him, and I spoke to get his needs met. And I witnessed a miracle in amongst the pain. The truth of his heart was lived each day of those two weeks. Now, today, I get to CHOOSE. To alchemise the lifetime with my father, to breathe in ALL of it. What I learnt from his programming, what I witnessed from the dropping of it, what I FELT from his love when he came home to his truth. Marianne Williamson said something years ago that has stayed with me about closing the door, but not our hearts. Some people have programmes too tightly wrapped around them they aren't healthy to be around. So we must close the door. Others we are here to teach and guide, with ⬇️⬇️

Jeg har en insta-ven der hedder Anna og for nogle dage siden startede hun en indsamling til fordel for Scleroseforeningen. 100 km skal hun gå i Maj - Anna har sclerose men det er ikke det man kender hende på. Hun er mor, hustru, sygeplejerske, god med ord, ven, tager smukke billeder, hun træner, går ture og lever livet. Hun er flyttet til Færøerne med sin familie. Hun tager dagene som de kommer og sclerosen er der altid. Altid. Hun skriver og sætter ord på alt det der følger med og det er inspirerende. Da Anna skrev om indsamlingen, skrev jeg spontant - “jeg vil gerne gå med”.
