The reason these albums hold such a special place in my heart is because they brought me joy when it felt like my world was imploding, they encouraged me to keep fighting, and during that dark time they were an escape from reality. अदालत ने फजी रंप केस में फंसाने वाली महिला को उतने दिन के लिए जेल की सजा सुनाई, जितने दिन तक आरोपी युवक कैद में रहा, 5 लाख रू देने के दिए निर्देश यूपी की एक जिला अदालत ने फर्जी रेप केस में फंसाने वाली महिला को उतने दिन के लिए जेल की सजा सुनाई, जितने दिन तक आरोपी युवक कैद में रहा. जेल की सजा के साथ ही युवक को पांच लाख रूपये देने के निर्देश दिए है. जिला अदालत ने सुनाई सख्त सजा- उत्तर प्रदेश के बरेली की एक अदालत ने एक महिला को 2018 में एक व्यक्ति रेप का झूठा आरोप लगाने के लिए दोषी ठहराया. कोर्ट ने महिला को 4 साल, 6 महीने और 8 दिन (1.653 दिन) कारावास की सज़ा सुनाई. ये वही अवधि है जो उस व्यक्ति ने इस तरह के झूठे आरोप के कारण जेल में बिताई थी. अदालत ने कहा- ....इसका अर्थ यह नहीं है कि जो महिलाएं इसका अनुचित लाभ उठाएंगी, कानून को ढ़ाल बनाकर पुरुषों के हितों पर हमला करने का अधिकार मिल जाएगा." अदालत ने महिला पर लगभग ₹5.9 लाख का जुर्माना भी लगाया, जिसे उस व्यक्ति को देना होगा जिस पर उसने झूठा आरोप लगाया था. अगर जुर्माना अदा करने में कोई चूक होती है, तो उसे अतिरिक्त 6 महीने कारावास की सज़ा दी जाएगी. कोर्ट ने निर्देश दिया- सरकार और न्यायपालिका महिला-संबंधी शिकायतों का सख्ती से कार्रवाई करें. लेकिन इसका अर्थ ये नहीं कि महिला इन कानूनों का दुरूपयोग करें. इसका फायदा उठाएं." बेंच ने इस कृत्य से काफी नाराजगी दिखाई है. है मामला? घटना 2018 की है. 15 साल की लड़की ने अपने भाई एक दोस्त (अजय कुमार उर्फ राघव, आरोपी) पर रेप व किडनैपिंग का आरोप लगाया. मजिस्ट्रेट के सामने गवाही भी दी. क्रॉस-एग्जामिनेशन के दौरान वह अपने बयान से पलट गई और गलती स्वीकार की. उसने झूठ बोला था. ----------------------------------- || #newpost #judiciary #rape #girls #falscase #legalawareness #law #india #advocate #instagram #hashtag #judicial #court #highcourt #magistrate #newpost #judge #justice #legalupdate #lawyer #rapecase #justice #judiciary #ruleoflaw #knowledgeispower📚
