Negli anni sono state ristrutturate le vecchie stalle e creati degli appartamenti e delle camere per l’ospitalità mantenendo lo stile toscano: travi in legno, mattoni in argilla, pavimenti in cotto e pareti in pietra a vista. Un luogo immerso nel silenzio e nella quiete, dove la Natura si esprime con la bellezza e la sacralità. Gli abitanti del Villaggio con rispetto ed attenzione si prendono cura del posto coltivando con amore e mangiando quello che la natura con abbondanza offre. Today I painted a picture of Stonehenge, a circle of megalithic rocks (for those who might not know). I found a little spot off the walkway and took a half hour to sit and relax and paint and people watch. It wasn’t as crowded as it could be, but there were a lot of people. My mother and I walked a mile and a half to the rocks (I walked back too, but mom took the shuttle) which was probably the nicest part of the journey. The fields are blooming bright greens and yellows, a sight to behold and walk through. There is also a beautiful wooded area that you can get lost in on the walk there. The one picture is how people think they transported the stones to their current location, which I find suspect. Once they got them there, how did they get the rocks on top of each other? Anyone have any good ideas? I found the museum interesting because other than found artifacts, I don’t know how much is actually true. What is history but the story of who writes it. Slowly emerging from a magical earthy Primal Drum Birthing Retreat We entered the cosmic birth waters of creative flow and dove into malleable feminine time... It doesn’t matter to me if there are 5 of us or 15 of us. What matters most is that who ever is in circle, feels and experiences what they need. We are in the grounding season of Taurus. Last night we opened up the conversation of foundations. What structures are in place to support us as we build, develop and create the life we want. Even a simple life needs a solid foundation. We uncovered needs and values on a very deep level and honestly we could have dug deeper. The conversations around the beliefs were astounding. So open, raw and real. And because of that, healing was able to occur on various levels. Being understood, hearing our own limits and voices repeated back to us in different ways by other women elevated us out of our own perception and challenged the status quo. Thank you so much for bringing your wisdom, love and open hearts to the group. You all inspire me so much and fill the room with effortless joy, laughter and authenticity.
