How do you heal? A few years ago, now I started going to these amazing sound baths with this amazing lady. I found it so nourishing to my soul and emotional regualtion. I talk a lot on here about how much sound baths and meditation have changed my life, but what does that actually mean? Yeah, it’s great to feel calmer and less stressed, but how does that translate to your everyday life? 🤔 I can tell you personally that establishing a regular sound healing and meditation practice has upgraded my life in a lot of unexpected ways People give me compliments all the time on my energy and my aura, and I honestly attribute all of it to my meditation practice! ✨ 🗣️ Being calmer in your life means having a greater ability to handle emotions, which leads to fewer outbursts of anger, and a calmer demeanor even in the most challenging situations 💕 It means less screaming at your partner or kids when things get tough, or when you’re frustrated because you’ve asked them to put the laundry away for the 100th time that day 😌 It means experiencing reduced levels of stress and overwhelm, so that tasks that used to feel daunting become more manageable, and you approach challenges with a clearer mind ✨ It means better focus at work or school, so you’re better able to concentrate on tasks, make decisions with confidence, and stay present in the moment 💤 It means better sleep because you actually have the tools to quiet your mind and stop overthinking at all hours of the night 🌈 It means being happier and more positive in all aspects of your life because you are able to be more present and experience more moments of joy, contentment, and gratitude 🫶🏼 It means viewing life’s challenges as opportunities for growth and learning rather than sources of stress 🩵 It also means creating a positive ripple effect to those around you! Unser Full Moon / New Moon Sound Bath 🌕🌑 ist ein erweitertes Angebot, da die Klangreisen an diesen Mondphasen spürbar intensiver als sonst sind. Somit haben wir die Möglichkeit in den längeren Sessions tiefer in die Meditation einzutauchen. 🌟Zwei und halb Stunden Soundbath um den neuen Monatszyklus bei Vollmond abzuschließen oder bei Neumond mit einer guten Intension anzufangen. Das Sound Bath ist auch für diejenigen gut geeignet, denen die klassische Art der Meditation schwerfällt. Auf der Yogamatte liegend, bequem gekleidet und bei Bedarf zugedeckt, werden dann die Therapieklangschalen auf Deinem Körper für einige Minuten angeklungen. Mit Umgebungsklängen umhüllt breitet sich das Gefühl von Einheit und Geborgenheit aus. Wir lauschen dem Sound der Crystal Bowls, Gongs und der anderen Instrumenten, spüren die Vibrationen durch unseren Körper fließen und lassen uns von den Klangwellen umhüllen. Verspannungen und Blockaden lösen sich und die Selbstheilungskräfte werden gestärkt. Vom Alltagsmodus weg bis hin zur Tiefenentspannung werden wir mit frischen Energien und kreativen Impulsen versorgt, die wir noch Tage danach spüren können. I’ll be setting up my crystal singing bowls on one of the docks and you can choose your own adventure wherever you’d like to be. Bring whatever you need to be comfortable- a yoga mat, blanket or zero gravity chair for the sand, grass or other dock.
